We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

“This review serves as a commendation for Glen of the UPS Store located at 333 Mamaroneck Ave in White Plains NY. I have visited all the UPS stores in lower Westchester county and the Bronx. Although I have never had a bad experience at any location, Glen is by far the most outstanding associate I have encountered.
He was super helpful and even assisted me tapping up my box. He was patient, courteous and professional. He took care of what I needed right away. Usually retuning an item is a semi dreadful experience. But Glen was awesome. And I noticed that he served every customer efficiently, promptly and with the same courteous demeanor and smile.
I must reiterate that he is definitely a valuable member of your organization. His hard work and service should not go unnoticed.”

On my most recent visit, for example, a customer in line behind us complained about the minimal wait (there was one person ahead of her) and the employee responded so positively that she quieted down. Even if you feel disorganized, he patiently waits for you to get everything in order and you never feel rushed. I have driven past many UPS stores in the last 3-4 years just to come to this one because of how pleasant the experience has been. Great job.”
“All these people complaining maybe the ones who don’t pay their bills. Never had problem here. Yes they can get busy and things maybe slightly delayed but not terribly. Yes everyone double parks at every business on Gramatan Avenue not in owners control. If you are using this as a business address then pay your business bills. I see a lot of negative reviews and just spent some time reading through them. I don't really understand where their complaints are coming from, to the point where some of the negative reviews seem manufactured. So long as you are polite and clear about what you need, there's literally nothing you could have issue with.”
