Store # 4992, New Rochelle, NY. The whole staff is always courteous to everyone whether the store is full of customers and very busy of if it’s one Customer. They work smoothly and has an always smile for everyone. Regardless of what question a customer has, it’s never a bother to them and they always have the right answer. I live in the Bronx and yet I go to this store which is miles away just because of the customer service that is second to none.
I hope that management appreciate the staff at this branch. They deserve bonuses. Their customer service is top of the line especially THOMAS.”

There wasn’t someone available but the person speaking to me was kind enough to let me know where else I could find a notary whether walking or driving. Long story short, you never know the day someone is having and them being helpful was a change of pace to how things had been going. A nice review is my small thank you.”

they scanned it immediately at 6:30 pm. i thought for sure it wouldn't do anything until the next morning. but it was already halfway there the next day.”

“This store has amazing customer service! We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

“The staff here is amazing! They are so helpful. Whenever I come in for an Amazon return, they take care of me so fast and I am out of there in minutes. The other day one of the staff members was so patient with me with 8 returns that I made a mistake with. Instead of putting UPS drop off at this location, I put Whole Foods. He made the correction with all the returns, which took about 15 minutes. Through it all, he was patient and was so nice. I love this place!”
