“I found Steve's Shoes by accident while searching everywhere online for a pair of shoes in my size. I ordered a pair of shoes in size W, the only available, and they were promptly shipped and delivered but were indeed too wide. I returned the pair I had via mail at no cost and asked the store if they could order my size in Medium from a vendor, as I really wanted these shoes. They checked for me, ordered what I needed, and promptly sent them to me the day I received it. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and my new shoes.”
“I don't normally shop in store at Ferragamo, and certainly not this store. But the experience I had shopping here definitely made me start thinking that I should start coming here more often. I received a tie as a gift, but the style of the tie did not suit me well. So I came to this location, and the Brand Embassedors welcomed me to exchange the tie. Normally, in these kind of high fashion stores, the associates are very up-tight, but that was the opposite of what I experienced here at Ferragamo in Manhasset. The second I walked into the boutique I was greeted by smiles, and there was definitely no one hovering over as I looked through their fanominal tie selection. Thank to all the people working in the boutique that day for really giving me such a great experience!”

She helped me piece outfits together, and then brought me to the register, since I will be shopping in here more frequently, she offered to sign me up for the rewards card and explained how I can get points and use them on future purchases! “Fantastic Experience !! I have never purchased Skechers until now. I passed by the Throggs Neck store yesterday and was assisted by Desiree, a lovely young woman that made it fun to shop with and made suggestions as to what style footwear would be best for me as I have a wide foot. Though I came in to buy for myself, I decided to look at the women section. She asked who I had in mind, I told her, for my mother. She then started to show and advise which styles would be nice and liked the choices she made, it was great! I never felt pressured nor felt she was selling, rather informing me of how stylish, comfortable and how well made Skechers are. I had the intention of only buying one pair but purchased four pair of footwear. Desiree delivered a wonderful and memorable shopping experience, even suggested socks and care products. “My first attempt going to location wasn’t great, I also experienced a closed location and had no access after driving 30mins; I would suggest calling any day you plan to go to verify hours as it is a local mom and pop business.However, upon returning two days later, I was greeted kindly, apologized to for the unexpected mid day closure and was walked through each of the hats I was interested in. They assisted with sizing , price differences and accurate fitment for each style.I’ve now purchased two hats, a belt and pair of boots thus far. Thank you little ranch!”
