I started the process with one over the phone, and when I arrived, I was greeted by someone who matched my family and me with the best car option ever. We received a warm greeting once we arrived, and the manager and assistant manager took time to greet us throughout the journey. The assistant manager, Tricia, is the GOAT of the facility, and she stated, “I will never Leave Enterprise” catchphrase. Both Issac and Tricia took the time to review every need not only my wife and I had but also my son and our family dog, who were absent. The experience became well-rounded when Issac and Tricia informed me that I could return my rental at the car sales location because it was also an enterprise location – TALK ABOUT SERVICE! I am the only driver in my family; therefore, once we started signing the official paperwork for our newest member, the logistics of getting home became relatively easy, but Issac put those fears to rest and checked the rental back into the system for us. My wife and I learned so much from our few hours at the facility. Five-star All-around for Enterprise Car Sales of Larchmont from the P. Family!”

“This is a long overdue review of US 1, auto sales and services. I have known Ted for almost 30 years, and he has always been there to help. In addition to buying 2 cars from me, 2 examples are as follows;1) My son purchased an old clunker from US 1 when he went off to college. Ted assured me that the car was in good shape, and sure enough it made it through his college career without any major incidents. Additionally, this was a last-minute type situation, and Ted expedited all the paperwork and insurance in a very timely fashion to make it all work.2) One evening, my wife’s car broke down in Yonkers in a very dangerous area. I contacted Ted, and he had a tow truck there within 30 minutes, and also took my wife and family home. For that experience, we will always be gratefulTed is always going 100 miles an hour, but if you have a situation where you need immediate help, he will always be there for you. His team is excellent, and Sonia is always there to make sure that priorities get addressed.Responsiveness and relationships are most important. “Steve Goldsmith was great to work with. He was extremely responsive and made the transaction very easy. I would have given 5 starts but the mileage was incorrect by 9k when they listed the car so I deducted one star. I will say they did put on new tires, deducted 500 dollars, and changed the brakes so that makes up for some of the difference in miles. The car was clean and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. I would definitely buy from Steve again.”
