“First let me say this, I don't sell new cars. I sell used cars, n I can not guarantee u that the cars won't give u problems, what I can guarantee u is that if the vehicle u buy give u problems, within the warranty period, I will fix it, no questions asked. Every vehicle u buy come with a 30 days warranty, engine n Transmission, n u are allowed to take the vehicle to ur own mechanic to be check out before u buy it, n after u fully satisfied with it, u have 30 additional days warranty. These three reviews posted above are a false representation of how Boston road auto mall conduct business. First the person that posted the review with the Mercury mariner took a loan from Boston road auto mall, doing buy here pay here, n every issues he had with the vehicle was taken care off. But he fell behind with his payment with a past due balance of over $1000 n was Repossessed, voluntary repossession. The other person talking about that I refused to repair the vehicle after the vehicle started giving him problems within two weeks is a lie. He still has the vehicle n continue making payments on it, since he is doing buy here pay here with Boston road auto mall. He only has problems with the vehicle when the payment is due. Plus I guess the vehicle is not that bad that he still keep it n don't bring it back. I'll happily take it back. The third person is writing a review for his friend who is very happy with his vehicle. Same thing with him, he is making payments to Boston road auto mall n never has reported any issues that has not being taken care off. We have over 7 years in business n having three negative reviews posted, and having served hundreds of satisfied customers, i think we r doing pretty good. Thank you. Don't believe everything u hear, see for ur self.”
