Derric was incredibly patient as he worked with me for over a week helping me find and match parts I needed. Then in person, 5 different guys including the owner stopped what they were doing and helped me figure out the additional parts I needed, while they had someone pull them on the spot. They truly raise the bar for any used parts yard. I need to buy more broken down Volvos just for an excuse to return.”

“I bought my car from Lead Honda Yorkville in Sept this year. It was a 2024 with under 20 000 miles on it. Honda certified. Almost immediately i noticed it wasn't shifting right and the engine sounded very loud. Lead Honda had me bring it in a few times to trouble shoot it. It wasn't easy for them to find out what the issue was. Third time was a charm. They found the problem in my engine and to make it right they had to replace my whole engine, block up. So impressive that they went through all this trouble for me. Thats how important it is to them to make it right and make their customers happy. Oh..plus a brand new pilot loaner car when they had my car. Definitely recommend Lead Honda in Yorkville. Shout out to CJ for tracking all the progress and being a great customer service rep ! “I picked up my 2017 Dodge Durango today and I am so satisfied with the excellent job that Nick and his crew did on my car. It looks brand new. I bought the car new and never had it detailed. Just washed it and vacuum the inside. On top of cleaning the body and inside of the car, Nick shined up my rims and even repaired a patch of rust that was starting on my driver's side door. “I've had to go there a couple of times for accident repairs over the years. Just drop the car off and they dealt with the insurance company. All repairs were completed using oem parts instead of after market. If you ever need your vehicle repaired either using insurance or not then look no further. All the staff is excellent and a pleasure to deal with.”
