“I set the rental up online, they called me the day before to confirm everything. I got there with my group, and after we realized that we were going to need something bigger…the gave us a 2022 Ford Explorer Limited for no extra charge. Then the process to return the vehicle was super smooth as well. The branch manager Jake was absolutely amazing in giving us the best customer service. Definitely recommend using the Utica Enterprise located in New Hartford, NY.”

Their customer service is five stars, Mark was able to get me in a lease no problem the same day, and their cosmetic repairs along with mechanical repairs were done excellently. “Had a rental from NYC that was extremely unsafe to drive with belts showing on all the tires. Came to this location for an exchange since it was the closest to Cooperstown. After inspection of the tires, Chris would not allow me to get back in that minivan and drive off. He went above and beyond to to find me an exchange. Really, appreciated the service at this location.”
“Chris saved the day! I had dropped my personal car key in a rental I returned, but didn't know it at the time. Chris searched the car thoroughly for it and found it wedged in between the console and seat so that it was nearly invisible. It wouldn't have been found if he hadn't been so diligent and considerate. Without the key, I would have flown home and been stuck at the airport. Thanks so much Chris for caring and happily going the extra mile! He also was a great help the day before with my rental too!”

“I had a very easy experience picking up my car with the friendly staff at Hertz. Avis had two cars “available” that smelled heavily of smoke. I cancelled with them and booked at Hertz which was a great choice! The staff were very friendly. The car smelling like a car should. Sadly they did not have my reserves size and they do not have the gold circle here so that was a bummer.
One star removed because of the car size change and my car did not have windshield wiper fluid and had two used bottles. Otherwise very happy I switched to Hertz!”

“Sprague took a bad experience on the road and made it tolerable. Great people who truly care about you and your vehicle. Received daily texts and or phone calls to update me on the status of the repairs....that was a first and very much appreciated. Repairs made are first class....can't tell the vehicle from brand new.”
