Terrible sales staff. Disinterested in customers. Not knowledgeable about the product. Requested assistance from a "manager" Dominique, and suggested politely that staff should be more interested in what they're selling and customer needs. Instead of rectifying the situation she got argumentative and aggressive. No wonder people hate going to stores and only go there to try out shoes and purchase online from the cheapest source. Third-rate service overall.

Do not return any items in person at this store - ASICS will make you pay for any system failure in processing the return. I had returned an item in person on July 23, and was told by the store staff that it is all good and I can leave now. The system is processing it (with this photo) and I will receive a confirmation shortly with a refund. It’s been more than a month, I have not received any refund, have spoken to ASICS customer service and store for hours without any resolve. ASICS is claiming that they didn’t get any notice of return, so I am expected to eat the cost despite returning the item. ASICS does not care about its customers, be careful when buying anything from them.

Omg had the best experience ever !!!! We walked in we had one of the Asics sneaker professionals come over to us and ask us if we needed help one of them took my daughter to the machine and sized her feet and told us what sneaker was best for her foot then the manager Dylan came over and helped us out with the sneakers the purchase everything it was the best experience ever the store is clean the people in there are extremely nice and I would definitely definitely say it's a must to go back there again and get more sneakers ?

I walked into this location last week fully expecting to purchase a couple pairs of shoes. I left this location knowing I'd never come back. As a business owner here in NYC I plan to use this store as a model as what not to do. Not one hello when I walked in. Not one question if I needed anything as Im clearly standing there looking at shoes for a few minutes trying to decide which ones to get. Not one thank you or goodbye as I walked out the door. Now I just walk by every day reminded how terrible the customer service is there. Asics clearly doesn't care.

Needed a pair of workout shoes, tracked down an ASICS in my hood. Got there shortly before they opened. Highlights: got a really nice sales person Michael. He scanned my foot on a high tech shoe fitting scanner and took all the guesswork out of my size which is always an issue for me. He led me to the proper shoe for my needs and got me the perfect thing in 5 minutes. And was sensitive and great with customer service. And my shoes are so comfortable!! Downside, the manager was a little snarky. Curt while I was waiting for them to open and more curt when I was having trouble at check out. I made a passing complaint about some scanning and log in issue I had with my phone and their system, and he barked back. I hope he’s less defensive with other customers. Left me a little sad but on to my workout I go in very comfy shoes.

The best store to come to for best running sneakers and running gear. Great customer service. Great selection. Highly recommend this location. Dillon was awesome he had great customer service.

Ordered sneakers for pickup at this store because shipping was going to take too long and I needed the sneakers as soon as possible and for some reason they were able to ship it to this store faster than my home (guess this is the result of the UPS strike); pick up process was easy and quirk; pick up orders are stored in lockers at the back of the store; one of the staff helped me immediately after I got here, and I stayed a bit to try on my new Kayano30s- jumped hopped skipped around the store. Been wearing exclusively asics sneakers for years now since an injury a decade ago, excellent sneakers - kayanos never fail to provide the support I need. If the store wasn't so far west I would probably go more often to buy the sneakers in store, since I wear through a pair every six months or so, but alas, it is a bit out there in meatpacking and inconvenient given my home and work locations.

The right foot shoe had an invisible defect. The inside fabric doesn't go all the way to the tip, so now after only a few weeks the shoe has a hole. The one year warranty is not true, it didn't work in my case.

VERY disappointed with the service I received. The staff was totally disorganized, the initial price estimate was higher than listed online & they forgot to take of the security tag! The only saving grace was the person checking us out gave us a more appropriate price.

The worst asics store. I spent at least $5,000 for asics sneakers for about 10+ years, this store was the most unorganized and the customer service was disappointing. Nobody was focused on what they are doing, while customers are simply asking for the basic things. For example, this time we got the road tested one and the person doesn’t even know the price discount and try to charge us a full price which was $40 more than the right price. And we got home, the security tag was still on the shoes. What a simple thing…A big disappointment. If you want to get a good service and discuss your best solutions for asics shoes go to the one in Columbus Circle. And now we gotta go there again to ask them to get the tag off. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Incredible customer service ! I purchased two pairs online, still not sure my shoe size. Two male associates (one is store manager) were so patients, kind and helpful. They measured my feet, advised the best fit. I spent quite sometime and ended up returning the two pairs and will come back when the current model is on sale. I spent quite long time there (store is very comfortable) but never been complained. It is very hard to find the right type and size shoes online so store shopping is very important and is becoming an event !!! Thank you

My family came here to shop and wanted to post this review of the amazing customer service. Felix one of the associates helped my wife go through several pairs of shoes. She had a hard time finding the perfect one but Felix was patient and very knowledgeable about the different shoes and explained everything to her. She finally found it after some time. There was a young lady associate as well who was kind enough to open up the door so that my crying newborn could get some fresh air. Super happy coming here today. Would recommend it to anyone. Also treadmill is in the back where you can try shoes out running.

TERRIBLE customer service! I bought my sneakers in an ASIC store, four months ago and noticed that they were starting to tear. I reached out to customer service and they would not consider an exchange as I did not have a receipt. I was able to show on my credit card, where and when I bought them, but they would not accept anything but an original receipt. Even the store said that they should accept my credit card proof but that did not make a difference to customer serviceShame on you!

I am an avid Asics Nimbus believer from New Orleans. So, while on vacation in New York, I noticed an Asics store, so I had to visit it. I was warmly greeted right away by a young professional lady. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of old and new models. She was even wearing replica original Nimbus running shoes. So I knew we would get along. Haha. The manager, he was great as well. Both helped me above and beyond to purchase my new blue and red Nimbus.
