The team is patient, professional, and offers genuine care and expert advice, going above and beyond to ensure customers find exactly what they need. Staff take time for proper sizing, using tools like the foot scanner, and help customers try multiple pairs of shoes for various purposes, from running to tennis. The store is good for ASICS basics and hosts a run club, also allowing online order pickups. Some sport style options are limited, and specific items can be sold out. As one of the fewer remaining ASICS stores in North America, it is a highly recommended location that delivers outstanding customer service and a great shopping experience.

Talaija was a great helper. She helped me find some very supportive shoes to get around New York in but also for when I got running back home. Had a pretty wonderful retail experience with her and I’m glad I stopped in. It was my first time there and I am glad I found this spot.
