The staff at this AT&T store are so helpful! The manager, Joel, was so incredibly helpful to me and my family when I needed to figure out how to upgrade my phone and also place the order / figure out some stuff with our family plan. I also came in shortly after all that because I had damaged my screen protector and he replaced it right away, I was in and out in less than 10minutes. The rest of his colleagues are just as helpful and patient, and they go above and beyond to make your life easier/accommodate your needs. I’m recommending my entire family to come here for the phone/plan needs. Thanks so much for everything!

Staff was helpful and nice when we went in but turns out we were charged hidden fees on our phone purchase (insurance and nextup). We did not ask for either, and we weren’t notified as to whether we wanted them. Luckily I caught it in the bill and called customer service for a refund.

The associate/ manager was very passive in regards to stock for new iPhone 15 pro max models. He said verbatim “I can advise you, but I can assure you we don’t have any iPhone 15 pro maxes in stock”. I remember saying “Ok.. so I’m confused, what exactly are you advising me on if there aren’t any phones in stock?”.

I had a wonderful experience with Gohsny and Omar at the ATT store on Lexington and 44th. I tried to add my new ipad to my ATT account and it said it was activated but there was no internet service on the device. I took it to the ATT store and Gohsny and Omar knew exactly what to do and spent time to answer all my questions and went into my account to make the necessary changes were made so that I would not be overcharged. They made me test everything before I left to be sure I was satisfied with the way it was working. These two represent the gold standard for customer service and are a real asset to ATT. Too bad they cannot be cloned for all your stores!

I worked with Omar to quickly get my mother's phone back online in a matter of minutes. Super friendly, efficient, effective customer service with zero wait time (wait times I'm sure vary - try weekend evenings). Thank you!

The single best customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a new phone and traded in mine in the span of a couple days (the new phone had to be ordered). I asked a million questions, repeating each numerous times. Gohsny, Omar, and Joel took each question in stride, giving it to me straight so I wouldn't be confused. They explained each charge and made sure I didn't have to storm in a week later after seeing bogus charges on my account. Very grateful to these guys for all the help, care, and deals they offered me. I cannot recommend this location and its employees highly enough!

I wish I could give zero star!It was the worst experience i had with this store specially with the manager who was super rude uneducated person!I just changed my server to another company!I suggest At&t traind their employees before they put them in store! Horrible customer service!

Good store. The reps are friendly, personable, helpful and professional. 4 stars because they don't stock alot of accessories. If you want something, they tell you to go to BestBuys.

I walked into this store after work to see if I could get the phone I've been trying to order since early November. I have no idea if it was in stock because I spent alomst 20 minutes waiting for some help. When I walked in this one guy came over asked what I needed and I told him. Then he said someone would help in about 10 minutes and I could wait. So I did and NO ONE helped. I finally left since I wasn't planning to spend my entire evening sitting there. Since they showed that helping a 10 year customer of AT&T wasn't their priority, now they aren't mine either! Never again.

I bought a SIM for seven days for 60.- but unfortunately it always stopped working after a few hours (kept saying « SOS only »). Came back several times in the shop to get some help and make it work again but it always take ages as there is only 1-2 employee for the whole shop… at the end this is still not working… not the ideal way to spend holidays in NYC..

I went in to the AT&T store to pair my new iPhone 14 Pro and my Apple cell watch. I waited less than two minutes to be helped, and the Senior Rep at store (Julio I believe) was absolutely professional, competent, and extremely helpful---going above and beyond what I expected! Thank you!
