I would like to give a praise to Bank of America in this site 50 Bayard Street in Chinatown of NYC.. Staff here are nice and willing to help also good mannrs in all kind of way..Secondly I want say a big thank you to Merrill Dept Ms Gabby, she really pay to details and needs of my [customer] situations..I'm glad to all of helps and very appreciate.

Jackson Shi, one of the manager took really good care of us when we needed to cancel and reissue cashiers checks that initially contained errors. He offered top notch, priority service to us and was very detail oriented. His help saved us from delaying our house purchase until the next day.

I am from Brooklyn but I often come to this American bank in Chinatown new york. The reasons for customer service is amazing , I would like Samantha is one of best customers service to me from American of bank. She is very Great service by friendly staff, patience and ability to communicate with me. I feel grateful to have been in here with Samatha.

Terrible Serivice at the Teller. They have a business client line, so i go on the business client line because i am helping my company deposit money. The Teller still made me wait while he handles the regular customers even tho his teller station says business clients. What is the point of having the business client line if i still have to wait.. Terrible and unorganized. Chase Bank is so much better.

Terrible service, what is the point of business client line. If I still have to wait because there are regular customers waiting also. Just get rid of the business client line. Trash service and useless tellers.

I went there to deposit a check and the Asian man didn’t really want to do it. He checked the check up and down and was skeptical about it, when there was nothing wrong with the check. He later ask me extra questions about my check that I didn’t hear or see him ask any of his other Asian people. They need more training on how to treat everyone the same with a open mind.

No line on paycheck Friday afternoon, two tellers working with support from back of house, clean, a/c works well. Cash machine had no issues. Small bill denominations avaliable. All staff speak multiple languages which is impressive. 5 stars. No stairs even in NYC. Nice.

What’s the point of a Business Client line if they treat it like every other line? Business client teller told me to wait until personal clients on the other line were finished. Other tellers wouldn’t see me because I should be on the business line. What kind of round about logic is this?

First the customer service give me bad impression when I went inside the bank the supervisor was very rude because I ask her about information and answers me it’s not here . she don’t like to see my documents until I insist to give her my documents she send me to another guy he’s good guy no experience and he doesn’t allow me to go with him in the room to call customer service global trade and then I ask him do you know what I want he said no I don’t know its first time to hear about it .it’s a happens between 1230 and 1:00 PM today is August 17I left the bank he called me with nothing new only phone no I have it
