Great customer service. Stephen and the gentleman operating the elevator are always helpful. This past year we had 2 moves. The professional movers had no issues. The storage unit price is fair. We access it occasionally to retrieve holiday decorations etc. We live locally at Pennsouth. It’s a great convenience.

I had stored my "stuff" there for more than 8 years. The staff became friends over the years. I was sad to close my unit and to say goodbye.

They recommended a mover who took me a week before the move, the movers accomodated everything in the unit, convenient location, close to home to make payments in person or can make via phone, great and helpful customer service.
