EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT !As usual I was late in getting all my docs together and they weren't organized very well. Block Advisors took care of everything and my return is on it's way (and hopefully soon my refund too!!). Highly recommend.

Made an appointment. Called an hour before. They said Oh! your advisor called in sick. Made another appointment on a cold day. Went to the office. Oh! your advisor is still in Long Island. also had loads of trouble preparing in their web site. Many hand offs and no solution.
