Lately, they closed most of their locations and looks like they are understaffed as well and the staffs they have they are not that helpful either.I ordered check book 3 weeks ago, never received it so I went to bank and tried to find help.Their answer was like call them. Done with this bank.

I've tried spending 4+ hours now getting a business checking account open with Capital One across two branches. Yesterday after 90 minutes it could not be completed due to some technical issue. I went in again today, to this branch, after calling ahead of time, and immediately got a lot of of attitude that they usually require appointments (which I specifically called about), that they can't get any info from the other branch (which I was told they would be able to retrieve), and that I need more documents even though I was already told that my documents were in order and it was an internal IT issue they had that prevented opening the account. What I got was the opposite of a can do attitude up front and, surprise, they found some excuse to tell me to go back to the other branch. Well not to worry, I won't be bothering them anymore with my business.

You've closed all of the branches on Staten Island forcing me to use the banks in Manhattan. I walked all the way over to this branch in the rain only for the ATM to be out of service. I'm fed up with you capital one and I'll be switching banks for your poor regard of the Staten Island customers!!!!!

Most of the banking staff is very nasty and rude and very lazy in reference to customer service.

Went to open a business account at this branch and was greeted by personal banker MR. STANLEY. By far the best service I've gotten. He went out of his way and made sure everything was taken care of. Thanks a lot Stanley. Really appreciate it!

The customer service attitude is horrible from the cashier. For a bank the teller done even wear tie or look professional. If it wasn't for my credit cards, I would have closed my accounts and bank else where.

I attempted to open a business checking account at this branch, but after waiting for over 20 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement or estimate of the wait time, forget it. If this is how potential customers are treated I can only imagine how they treat their current customers. Very disappointed.

OK, customer service somewhat slow - for NYC FiDi one would expect more efficiency. The two ATMs are outside. Sometimes both of them are out of service.
