Horrific customer service. Refused to fill out a necessary form that has been done at several other branches year in and year out. Completely unhelpful and argumentative falsely describing what and why they couldn’t do what a different branch did in minutes when I left without incident. Huge waste of time, stay far away!

I waited 25-30 minutes for a notary at the 84th and Madison Avenue branch. I kept being told that he’ll be another minute as others were helped before me, and then I walked out. Very disrespectful experience. I immediately received attention at the nearby TDS..
