Absolutely horrible customer service (at least for small fry). A small nonprofit that I am treasurer for that has had an account at this branch for decades has been trying to get an appointment to add/remove signatories to the account, and it's been absolutely impossible. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Never been late making a payment until I changed credit unions and all my bill payments were accepted with the new credit Union credentials except for Citibank. Customer service is of no help at all and very unfriendly. Have had many Citibank accounts that were paid off and once this Best Buy card is also paid off I will never accept another Citibank account again for any future purchases. Citibank makes it extremely easy to make any charges on your card and then turns around and declines your payment claiming verification issues by design it seems so they can rack up the late charges and interest when you have good credit.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful even though I rushed in the last minute in a Friday afternoon. They even offered me water.

What service they gave! No one is professional and friendly. I would try to avoid this branch by any means.

Customer service is forced and fake plus non-helpful. They receive their money and want to take their time on everything. Their time is double the time compared to USAA and Chase. Multiple numbers to call as you are bounced around to get a question and still end up with no answers.

I've been a Citibank customer since 1995 and have always felt they were a good financial institution. They had online banking long before others did, if I recall correctly. My frustration now, is that I live in a city where there are NO Citibank branches or for that matter ATM's which means that I will likely have to change banks. Come on Citi - open branches in San Antonio, Texas!

Worst experience over the course of 3 months interacting with Marina and the Branch Manager Olena R. Please, learn the job you are suppose to be doing. First, with the positions you have, you should know NYS Bank regulations and then the rules and regs of CITI Bank. (The company you work for). Customer service, professionalism, and empathy will carry you a long way. If you don’t know the answer, ask questions. Be considerate of others and treat people the way you would want to be treated.

So bad. The banks reps are rude and stand around trying to look busy. I waited 2hours just to speak with a representative when the bank was NOT crowded!!! Go somewhere else!!!

One of the worst customer experience. Wanted to set up a bank account for my son who is entering freshman. The person handling was unfamiliar, refused to even look at the school letter stating his enrolment and only wanted his US driver’s licence which he doesn’t have. When we got frustrated with this unhelpful attitude, I said I am unhappy with the service and wonder if I should continue my 25 year relationship with Citi, she said: fine! Go outside and close your account!Don’t you think she should be given a ‘promotion’ for incompetence and for encouraging long term customers to ditch Citi?Btw, my son opened his account same morning with a competitor bank. The service there was impeccable.

I just finished speaking to a supervisor at Citibank because they sent me an offer where I would get 65,000 airline miles if I spent $4000 within four months and it's three months in and they're telling me now that because I had this card two years ago that I don't qualify for the offer anymore so I'm going to be doing negative reviews about them. They're telling me I should've read the fine print which I certainly didn't see and probably required a microscope to find! I told them that they shouldn't be sending out promotional material to customers and then have them accept the offer and get a credit card and spend $3000 and then tell them that they're not getting the promotion that was offered. No more Citibank for me!!!!

what happened to Citibank ? they are closing banks, i guess they had to many, but if you travel out of NYC there are really no Citibanks, i have been a customer since 1990's. if you call you spend at least 35 minutes on hold, then you get through to a customer service personnel who tells you they are in the Philippines, they have no clue about Citibank regulations, they make up information that is incorrect. it is horrendous what has happened to the banking industry in this country. I closed my account, went with a bank that still has brick & mortar locations.
