Went to get a document notarize and was told by Rachel Wang because I did not have account there she couldn’t do for me. I mention to her that my wife has an account there, which I’m listed on listed as the second person. She told me the only primary person on the account could get it done. I asked policy stating notarized procedures, and I was told that is the discretion of the person that is doing the notary

They never answer their phone. Some things the 800 number can't help you with so they direct you to the branch, I've never had them pick up the phone and I've probably called a dozen times over the years, the phone rings and rings and eventually it transfers you back to the 800 number so you are in the "get no help waste your time" loop. They don't answer the number on their business card they give you for the branch either, same thing for the managers business card, the phone rings and either they don't call you back or the direct line doesn't allow you to leave a message.

it's a bank...you do banking stuff. but I'm definitely not a fan of the new asian tellers. they always look like they have an attitude or don't want to help. they're not friendly nor are they welcoming. they need to have better customer service.

Very kind and helpful manager by the name of David Salcedo . He never hesitates to help me and my family whenever I stop by . The first time I met him I didn't even know he was the manager and I needed help with something that troubled me, Well he truly solved the problem. I am really grateful that he is there to be a huge help and always greeting everyone with a huge smile. Thank you David for your kindness :)

I wanted to leave a great review of my experience in this Citi Bank in Grand St,Max the teller had been the most helpful and friendly and personal banker Rachel Wang is such an asset to this branch.She is very knowledgeable and will customize a good package for the client as I live in Central New Jersey and I actually do not intend to open my business account in Citi Bank as it is not very convenient for me but she always follow up ,being very persuasive and offer extra miles and service to the client so I cannot refuse the good service and heve to live with the inconvenient to come to the city to have my transaction done here because I know I am in good care of your staff here,thank you very much for the great experience and keep up the good work.

Goran Helped me at the teller Great customers service helped me get nice bill for lunar new year when he told me he doesn’t have it at the moment ( he wasn’t sure when they will get nice press bills ) Goran helped me picked all the nice Good bills Thank You Goran!!!This bank need to be more diverse as in getting ready for different cultures holiday!Bank manager need to up his game !

They advertise above average rates and a 450 dollar bonus after 60 days for new customers. I made my deposit in August and am still waiting for the 450 dollars. I have been calling for 4 weeks now and continue to be hung up on, promised I will get my money soon, been passed on to managers and have a complaint file that I'm now being told they have so many complaints they haven't gotten to mine yet. They originally said the complaint would be resolved on 10 days then 20 then 30 and as of today still don't have an answer to where my bonus is. Put your money somewhere else, they are a horrible company with no customer service.

Don’t go this location. The service very bad. We’re costumer long time. I need to deposit to my company account LLC but I forget bring a card. Usually, l have an account number and I did it before different locations on the upper east side. I just tell him for account number.I don’t know what going on this location. Don’t go this location!!!! I’m so upset.

I came there to deposit on my business account but They don't want it!!!! OMG, I forget my card but I have my account number. Usually, I did it before on the upper east side location. I never had a problem before and also the guy wears a white shirt. He was so rude in no manner. I wanna close my business account. Don't go to this location.

Usually got someone opening the door for people asking for money. Then they have those random nights when you can see the homeless sleeping inside. Oh and make sure you check your money after it comes out the ATM because sometimes the money is torn up.

Walked in to open a bank account a few months ago when I first moved to the city. Zakiya's service stood out to me as she helped me with an account. The manager of the branch came over and greeted me to make sure I received everything I needed. Great service from this branch.

I have been banking with citi for over 20+ years and today's adventure was the most absurd. I recently sorted thru a large jar of change and brought the rolls of coins into be deposited. There was of course some extra in quarters that wouldn't totally fit into a roll (about $5 in quarters) and they refused to deposit it. The teller kept saying she would not take it and yelled to take it off the counter. Hello! Coins are money- money is legal us tender- this is a COMMERCIAL BANK. Years ago, I had a teller hand sort thru a large jar of change at the union square location (which was not necessary but very kind). The WORST customer service at this location- do better guys. Other banks have whole machines for this- you just have nasty attitude.

I've never been barred from using the atm before for. Thank you citibank for preventing me from accessing my funds. Service at this location is extremely slow and unprofessional anyway, they seem more preoccupied with trying to sell you packages than help you complete your transaction
