Some staff are kind and try to be helpful. Manager on the day was hopeless and rude. Totally inefficient. Junior staff try their best.

They need more staff at this location. Just now all the staff were busy in the back. I got my package ready and waited at the empty counter for 5-10 minutes then I left and went to another FedEx. If you get service here it's great.

Staff was unwilling to help me package my item and had to go to box store instead on 22nd and broadway. Do not recommend anyone ever go to this store!

Update on Mateo: visited store at 21st &Park Ave South. I was sad to learn that Mateo quit to work somewhere else:(. Good luck Mateo. You have a great future ahead of you.

I am writing to let you know how disappointing my experience was at this store today specifically with Delina. She was unhelpful, rude and judgmental as I was mailing a COVID test to a family member.After I paid, the test was still sitting on top of the box and I asked her if she needed me to box it or if she was going to. I was happy to do it myself but because she wasn’t doing or saying anything it was not clear. She said that she was going to box it and I said, ok I’d like to wait while she did that since this is expensive and important, and I was very anxious due to the shortage in making sure it got to the location. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me. To which I said, please don’t be upset with me but I’m sure you can understand that this is important. She proceeded to stop speaking to me, continue to roll her eyes as she boxed the package. I then said thank you and she again, said nothing and would not acknowledge me.I do not think it was unfair of me to ask/make sure she properly boxed this package! I even offered to do it myself, and was met with such rudeness that I’m shocked. I will be sure to not return to this location.

I used to come to this location religiously. But since they moved across the street, I've had nothing but terrible customer experience. I went in today to drop off a return and print. The machine was giving me an error message when inputting the retrival code and to seek assistance. I went back to the cashier and she proceed to tell me to wait and have me stand in front of her for 5 minutes. No communication...is something going on. At least the other gentleman were apologizing. But the female cashier was rude. I'm really sadden by the behavior I've received on my most recent experiences. Might be time to use another location/carrier.

I used the computer for 5 minutes and printed 20 sheets of paper. The cost $20. $16 for my prints and $4 for my time on the computer. I consider this highway robbery and I don't see why people sit there for hours using the internet. In fact the man next to me was cropping Kim kardashian photos -_-

Just popped in to this location to send some legal documents. The line was short and John assisted me at the counter. He was courteous, kind, and efficient in help me.

Zhen is the least helpful FedEx person I ever met. He wasted 30min of our time when he could have just explained the process to us for us to know what we can do. Utterly useless and I will lodge a complain against him personally with his employers because he was taking me for a fool.
