Hours: Les Mini Mart is a spot for fantastic and amazing birria tacos, described as phenomenal, authentic, and packed with flavor. The beef birria tacos, especially with cheese, are highly recommended, as are the beef mulitas. The consomé is consistently praised as a perfect, must-have dipping sauce. Other notable items include the perfectly spicy and sweet pineapple salsa, the esquite (elote), and the interesting Texas toast Birria. The chicken tacos and birria dumplings, however, can be skipped. The tacos are juicy and well-flavored, sometimes even without the consomé, though they are noted as being quite expensive and medium-sized. The service is very good, fast, and patient, with mistakes corrected right away. The clean spot has a Mexican theme but offers very little seating, making it better for takeout, especially when busy; the St. Marks location is suggested for bigger groups. While the food can come out fairly slow, it is not outrageous. Overall, it is a solid and good place to get a birria taco fix, recommended if in the area for its amazing and flavorful options.
