Customers appreciate the friendly and straightforward service, with representatives who are knowledgeable and helpful. Many reviews highlight the quality of the wood, which is often described as beautiful and accurately cut. Prices are considered reasonable, especially for custom cuts, with some customers noting they paid less than comparable services at other stores. Delivery is quick and affordable, with some clients mentioning a delivery fee of around $10, which is worth avoiding the hassle of carrying lumber on trains or cars.
