“Mike and Milo did a terrific job moving our apartment in jersey city. They were on time and very quick with their work. We had a pretty heavy leather couch that we thought might be a hassle to move but they made it super easy for us and completed the job well ahead of time. Initially was a little concerned about lifestyle being very particular about the number of boxes we need to move since I thought we might have more last minute but it was handled very effectively and had a great communication by Darko and team.”

He assured us to solve our problem and provided a reasonable price. He sent a team to pack all my consignments and load them onto a truck on the moving day. They all were very professional and packed the items within given time. I was very nervous regarding their commitment for timely delivery of my belongings. “I set my move up with Mike, and he was very helpful and informative. I also got a call the day before the move to confirm the moving inventory and other details. We were given a 9am-11am window for the start of our move, and on moving day the crew arrived around 9:30, ready to go to work. They were friendly and kind, and they worked well together and with us. They wrapped all our furniture well and handled it with care. They disassembled our (heavy) Casper electric adjustable bed, wrapped it, and then reassembled it in the new place and took extra time to position it just where we wanted it on top of the bedroom rug. I felt that SEKA charged us a very fair price and handled the whole move with professionalism and care. I would definitely recommend SEKA.”

“The Jesus team, in particular, Jesus were absolutely amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better mover. They were so patient, extremely careful, very nice, respectful, polite and extremely hard working. Jesus went above and beyond. He even repaired the feet of an antique secretary that had broken in a previous move. They had broken off and took it upon himself to fix it for me. I highly recommend them for any move you have. Enough carts to you at your will and huge elevator. Two loading docks which makes it easy to drive into the city and not worry about parking.Hours: 7am-10pm access everyday (excluding major holidays) is the best part of all, I compared this with units all over the city and none compare.Service: Staff that are very friendly, considerate and give you their honest opinion. Jay was able to walk me through and provide clear instructions on the faculty and guidance on moving/changing unit size in the future. “Everyone who's moved recently knows the immense stress of the entire process. From start to finish, I couldn't have had a better experience with UrBin and the physical move was seamless. I was amazed by how easy the planning was. I was able to send a video walk through of my apartment and they used that to itemize and provide a quote. Other than the movers, everything that could have gone wrong did. My building elevator broke for almost a month. I needed to reschedule the move more than once and eventually gave up and used the stairs. UrBin was not only flexible but easy to work with amid all the changes on my side. “Had to straighten out some problems after losing my keys, have to say that I had another really exceptional experience with the front desk (again also have to say that the phone assistance at the "central office" is really not good at all). Kim was really outstanding - so personable but also efficient and really helped me untangle a few things. I had to have the lock cut off on my unit and buy a new one, new keys etc. and the person who drilled out the lock, Richard, was outstanding. I felt very lucky that an experience that could have been stressful was a great one, and lucky to have two wonderful staff members to work with. Richard was patient and persistent - one of the cylinders was tough and it took a lot of doing and a couple of different drill bits. He had to go back downstairs to get different equipment and afterwards was kind enough to go get a dolly since there were things I had to move, and he helped with that, also. I was there with a friend and we three had a lovely conversation about how great it is to deal with nice people. It was clear that he enjoyed his job/enjoyed helping people. And at the end of it, on the way out, Donna had come on duty - the Donna from before in my first review. She once again stood out in terms of her demeanor, willingness to help. Please commend all three of them. Kim (Kimberly) really made my day be sorting through things and solving everything pretty quickly, and Richard really added an extra touch, easy going but professional and with a "can do" attitude that you don't often see these days. The movers were able to maneuver it through the small doorway, down the stairs and out the building without needing to take it apart. They also delt with less than ideal moving conditions at new apartment. Through it all they were very efficient, friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!”
