DO NOT ORDER FROM NY&COMPANY.Unfortunately the business has changed terribly after closing stores during pandemic. I never received an order of several items. The customer service is nonexistent.. absolutely horrible. I have been fighting them for 4 weeks for a refund. It’s crazy.DO NOT ORDER

I ordered a $200 dress and never got any notification about it for two weeks then all of a sudden they cancelled my order because it was out of stock. It wasn’t out of stock when I ordered it so I don’t understand how this can happen. Now I have no dress for an event this weekend. They have lost a customer no wonder...
