“My boyfriend and I went to a few stores in Chinatown to look at engagement rings and was blown away by the service at Magnolia.1. They had lab grown diamonds, which we preferred over mined diamonds. Other jewelers were a bit judgy when we inquired about lab grown diamonds. That was not the case at Magnolia and they happily showed us their collection of lab grown engagement rings.2. We ended up custom designing a ring, based of an existing design they had. We had wanted to modify it. We worked with Lena who was extremely patient. We went back and forth a few times to get the design right. I liked that we received the design renderings to compare the different designs before making our final decision3. Price was very reasonable and I was happy with the price we paid for the ring. I ended up bringing in some of my other jewelry pieces to replace some missing stones and replate the gold. Lena even offered cleaning for my jewelry pieces for whenever I was in the neighborhood!4. The his and hers jewelry boxes were a nice touch. My engagement ring and wedding band was in a red box. My boyfriend ended up purchasing his wedding band too and it was in a blue box.Overall I'm very happy with Magnolia and their wonderful staff.”

He stated the warranty does not cover the battery so I expected to pay the quoted price of 30 dollars plus tax. When I arrived, I was attended to by Carlos. As I stated before, he was very friendly and informative. He answered whatever questions I had in regards to my watch after he fixed it. I then shared with him that I had registered the watch because it was gifted to me two Christmases ago. When I showed him the serial number for the watch on the Tissot website he waived the $30 fee as a one-time courtesy.
