“Alex and Sania are AWESOME PEOPLE!! I went in there to get a Rubber B strap for my Rolex. Sania confirmed inventory over the phone and I asked if I can swing by in 10 minutes, she and Alex were not too busy (this shop is by appointment only) so they agreed to take me on short notice. Within 10 minutes, Alex installed the strap FLAWLESSLY (not a single tool mark, difficult on Rolexes because of the tight tolerances), and I also bought a strap for my JLC (of which they were urging me to wait until I had it in person and wasn’t pressuring the sale at all, but my impatience was determined to do the JLC install myself lol).I had to go back a couple of times (same day) as I forgot to buy spring bars for the JLC (of which they graciously provided complimentary), and the second time was me trying adjust the strap, but went quickly over my skis so I needed Alex to bail me out :) (he did the adjustment in 2 minutes).Dealing with VISwatch RubberB_NYC was an awesome experience all around and they have definitely earned my future business ?”

“This is now my go to watch repair spot... Getting your watch repaired is like visiting a dentist you can't just trust everyone and it's hard to take someone's word for it. In the beginning I was very skeptical about leaving my watch to be repaired with these guys. Simply because I care about my watch and want the best service. Ok my watch isn't a Rolex but I like to treat it as if it's one. Good watches are hard to find and a good repair shop is even harder when you aren't wearing a high end brand watch. For a hand swiss made timepiece with mechanical movement you need a professional. The service cost was very reasonable and I would recommend this shop to any watch aficionado. Ask for Eric once you are there he will take care of you.”
