So when I wanted a replacement strap for a stunning nomos gifted to me, I knew where I wanted to take my business. The original watch was actually purchased from Bucherer up the street — but it almost felt as if I’d asked them if they carried Casio. Treatment was subpar at best. Wempe, and Whitney (sales associate) in particular, made the entire experience a dream. She greeted my partner and I with coffee, an even threw in a watch case for my upcoming travels. 1/1 store.”
