Go with Gusto, Paychex will continue to charge you and turn you in circles for customer support. I tried to give them an extra 6 months of working with them to see if they would improve... but they didn't. Same poor response.. new account rep every 3 weeks... no one responds.
Expensive. No response. Hard to cancel.

Tried to cancel there services for 8 months all i received was passed around no results but Tried to bill me for no services received at all no paycheck services or tax help but wouldn't cancel services as was instructed to but will send a bill for no services used.

This is the worst ever company to deal. Words can not describe the frustration with these people. No ends on dealing with the incompetents of this company.
