I sign up for Spectrum internet service that was $49.99 a month for 3 Years. Before signing the contract, I reconfirmed with the store associate that it was $49.99 a month for three years. Now, at the beginning of the third year, Spectrum Internet raises their monthly bill to $64.99 a month. I called their billing Dept and they are saying that my $49.99 is ending, charges went up, and go read your contract. I believe that Spectrum is practicing deception and entrapment and is unethical business practice. Also, I have no way of getting out of my contract. Definitely going to another cable Internet carrier. Plenty out there. I place an official compliant with the FCC, FTC and BBB. Big company like these should be fine heavy for fraud.

They charged me 24.99 for 6 months of tv channels I asked to be pulled and they never did. Finally, I called retention and I disturbed the unprofessional girl because the noise in the background suggested a party atmosphere. She said they were giving me a 10 dollar rebate and I asked her how that would be reflected on my next bill after she quoted the new price. She kept answering with a horrible attitude that never made any sense. She was the typical rude person when you ask for retention. I know why they do this. And some of you know as well. She just about hung up when I asked her to explain what she had no answer for.

They hire total garbage. New renter next door called for installation. I lost internet in my house. Noticed activity outside of my door. came out to find a Spectrum tech manipulating my internet wires which have nothing to do with my neighbors. I asked why is he on my property and why I lost internet connection. He said I need to go check if I paid my bill. Left all wires disconnected. Had to create a ticket with Verizon to fix it. You would think Spectrum will take responsibility... Nothing. Imagine if you are already a paid customer. NEVER! Trash.

The worst managed company! They badly need a management change from top to bottom. Disconnecting channels without prior notice. Wasting their customers time with multiple lengthy call and wait time. They have no respect for their customers.

I was 1 day into my billing cycle when I called to cancel my service. Spectrum is charging me for the whole month, no pro rating. If I had thoughts of returning to Spectrum sometime in the future, that put an end to those thoughts for good.

Spectrum is the worst it's their fault they pull shows like Disney Junior and Disney XD and every other show you and Disney made a horrible deal you were supposed to give all of the channels missed but no you guys had to cut it in half that's not includes Disney XD Disney Junior now you guys are gonna have a problem with bad reviews of parents kicking off that you guys made a horrible deal and that doesn't allow Disney Junior you guys made a horrible deal either you guys fix it or you guys gonna have problems with a lot of parents will be mad at you guys cut the cord off because you guys took Disney Junior away from your kids

This company is a horrible with their double crossing so called "no contract policy". They sell you promotions which expire without notice but they quickly add the extra costs before you could dispute or renegotiate a "promotion" because according to them its not a contract. The exaggerations from their customer service and so called "retention department " is humiliating and insulting. Spent HOURS with several reps and still no actual fix. Yet the credits don't appear they disappear from the apps. I would NEVER recommend this company and if you really look into this company not even their (some) own top executives use spectrum they use Fios/Verizon. In my business where i can help my customers choose a service you can bet I will NEVER recommend this horrible company. Their offers are sketchy and insulting and the Wi-Fi is always dropping. They had me use my HotSpot in order to pull up my records and they CHARGED ME an extra $56.00 for extra gb's, and the issue stemmed from their incompetence. They don't care about customers or quality. If they spent more money on their services instead of ridiculous commercials just maybe it might be slightly ok, I just won't be using them. Now to Google reviews.

Speaking with the representative to disconnect the service with them, their tone was very nasty and it came off like they were in disbelief and spoke in a nasty tone. I've already spoke to them earlier on another phone call and they couldn't honor the same package from the year before.

Family & Friends still surprises by CABLE INTERNET company's offering the once TRIPLE PLAY or DOUBLE PLAY service options that can exhibit mediocre performance and reliability versus the outrageously PRICEY COSTS of getting a Hard-Wired and now a CELLPHONE WIRELESS supplement supplier for Mobile Phone streaming too! While many folks either disconnected their Cable TV entirely or downgraded to only budgeted Internet. Over decades of TECH innovations & expansions for Cable & Phone carriers supplying the needs for 4G LTE, 5G, and homeland bound COMBO (Landline-Internet-Cable). Whether it's suitable overall for everybody remains to seen as more customers downgrade to just WEB SERVICE while buying Android, Apple, or alternate Asian, American, European custom Market Apps store access to FREEWARE STREAMING Pluto, Tubi, Peacock, Crackle, and alternative application programs to get online or OTA (over the air) carefree antenna airway access to TV channels. Most people are now wiser using Mobile Phones, Tablets, Computers and Streaming Boxes to playoff external devices onto Smart TV Bluetooth or Wireless signal transmission using ROKU, Amazon stick, Chrome stick, etc. for free sourced movies, shows, music, etc. T-Mobile, Tesla Satellite, and alternative 5G is expanding new platforms, formats, speeds, and convenient innovative better access points, hardware, mobility! It's a matter of smarter choice options versus different median entry point access and company enrollment that really matters given each person's preferences & prerogatives?

spectrum is the most poorly run and frustrating company to do business with. They tell you one thing and do something else. I have had 8 months of problems with them. I wish there was another provider in my area that I could use.

Like many others if I could give this place zero stars I would. The over the phone representatives are lazy and tell you that they've resolved your issue when in actuality it hasn't been done, while also scamming you and ordering services and products that you explicitly said no to. Then when you return it they make you take the product that THEY ordered without your consent to the nearest UPS store on your own time. I would love to see this business go under.

We switched over to Verizon because we found the service in our building better with Verizon. We came to drop off our router on a Saturday and were told it would take 10 minutes maximum. The reps weren't even calling people up. I highly suggest making an appointment and know that even then you will be waiting over 30 minutes to be seen.

We went through so many steps to increase the speed of our wifi, including getting multiple technicians out and our equipment replaced. When we finally reached the last resort of buying our own router and modem, Spectrum made it nearly impossible to swap them out. I must have spent a full day on hold between all the separate calls I had to make. They made up a new policy recently where you have to return your Spectrum modem and router before they can make it possible to install a new one of your own. Ridiculous, because you can't even test if it works. You go to the store, wait. You call them when you get home, wait. They tell you they have to take an extra step on your account - wait more. Get transferred to a different department, wait more. On top of that, while you're trying to work a full day at your job they're trying to sell you more products while you're on the phone with an agent instead of just helping you through your problem. Torture.
