However, the printing area often has only one person working, leading to waits of 10+ minutes even for prepared orders. While service at check-out is friendly and accurate, some items may not be in stock but can be ordered in-store without shipping fees. The location is noted to need new floor carpeting badly.
Staples does a great job from beginning and end in making flyers printed on both sides in several languages. We brought our own color paper! Very reasonable price too!

The lady who helped me when I went to pick up a custom print order was TOP TIER when it comes to customer service! She was friendly, polite, and professional. She unrolled my posters and showed me all four to make sure each one was correct. They were all wonderful.
