Messed up my applications twice resulting in a wrong account type. I got charged a monthly fee since the wrong account requires a higher daily balance. Avoid this location if you can.

I've found the customer service at this location to be at a low standard more than once. Dennys has been rude on two visits.I've had a much more pleasant experience at the TD branch at 6th Av. and 20th St.

11/18/23 whoever that customer service today his really slow! 4 people left including my wife and I because he was taking so long in one client. I believed he should work on his time management because that’s how the bank lost customers. Customer service should know and balance his workload. Very unprofessional and frustrating to wait 30 mins and end up leaving because people are busy. No one is gonna stay for another 30 mins. He should get fired.

11/01/23 A teller called this location about a cash advance. When I got there Joyshvee a teller said they don’t do that with an attitude . I ask to see a manager and told them a teller at another location called and that this bank can do cash advance . The two gentleman was very nice help her solve my problem however she kept making these faces .It took a while the gentle apology & I was ok with it what got me was the faces that Mrs. Joyshvee was making . I couldn’t take it any longer and told her that was very unprofessional like this ur job why all the faces . You should of been open to learn how to do a cash advance. I wish I had my camera of course the bank cameras can clearing see I can’t make this up. You definitely need a course in customer service.

The Worst Place to Visit for Banking your $$$I am a week old new customer of TD bank, already regretting. It was my first time using their ATM machine today & it functions quite different than Chase & Bank of America ATM machine. So I was struggling to find out how to put my card in it changing by 3 ATM machines, all 4 people behind the desk/staffs are watching me instead of to offer a help. Just stay away if u don’t want to waste your time and money.

I have been banking at TD Bank for years. TD, in general, used to be very good. During the last 5 years, however, customer service has been abysmal. I had a business account which I closed and moved to another bank. I still have a personal account which I'm seriously thinking of closing and moving to another bank. In my opinion, the branch on 7th Avenue and 23rd Street, which is the closest to my apartment, is filthy and dangerous. When the bank is closed, homeless occasionally sleep in the vestibule, especially during the winter, preventing people from accessing the ATMs out of fear. When the bank is open, homeless linger in front of the bank panhandling for money as you leave the bank. Bank employees, including their security guard, do nothing. Those working in the bank seem unhappy and never smile. I don't blame them.

The front staff is really rude and like to be condescending I’m unsure what’s being taught to staff. Specifically Dennys is rude and terrible to deal with.

TD bank is absolutely don’t care about the safety of their customers since any time i go to deposit my Money there are bunch of strange homeless people laying and looking at me. I don’t feel safe going to TD bank!

I am a td bank customer since they opened. Went in to this branch to use the bathroom and take cash out. They refused the bathroom. Disgusting. Even showed my bank card to teller. When I asked were she uses the bathroom she said here.

Inexperienced bankers here. Twice now they have made mistakes with my international wires. While they have refunded the the fees for the "inconvenience" they really should train their staff better. I should not have to school a banker on what an IBAN is and how it contains all relevant transfer information (country, sort code, account etc).

This review is for TD Bank as a whole. I've been an account holder for over five years. Back on July 16th, I used an ATM on the street on St. Marks Place. It was not a TD Bank ATM, which is my fault, but I needed cash to pay back a friend of mine after we went out for dinner and a few drinks. I put my card in and nothing happened. I tried again a few times and nothing happened. I was afraid that the card may be getting skimmed, so I gave up. My friend and I parted ways and I went home and went to bed in the East Village.At 7am, I woke up and checked my account info (I was worried about the weird ATM interaction), and my checking account was -600! The charges were $100 at a Citibank Bike at 1:49am, TWO ATM withdrawals for $800 and then $200 immediately afterward, at 2:38am & 2:40am, a $10.40 charge at a deli at $4:14am, and a final attempt to withdraw $200 in Brooklyn at 4:56am (but my account was in the negative so they were not able to take anymore out). I immediately called TD and requested they cancel the card. They were not empathetic and when I asked when I could dispute the charges, they said they would have to wait until they cleared because it was Saturday. Monday comes and the charges aren't cleared. Tuesday comes and the charges are cleared and I go through the whole series of events again with a customer service representative. They file the claims. A week passes and I hear nothing, until I call them and then they say that the claim was denied. "There was no way it could have been anyone other than me. The chip can't be replicated. Etc"Well, I know for a fact it wasn't me and I despise the insinuations. After some back and forth over the next few days they told me, "Well, if you file a police report maybe we can do something." Well, I wish I knew that immediately. I filed a police report that day, almost a whole two weeks later on July, 27th. The detectives took down all my information and subpoenaed the Deli footage and the ATM Footage. The Deli footage was erased by the time they got around to it and the ATM footage (owned by Chase) is still pending.At this point, I have lost all faith in TDBank as a secure bank. I'm disgusted with them and their customer service representatives. I'm in the process of switching everything over to another bank where they'll hopefully have my back. At the same time, I am stuck with them until the police investigation concludes, if it ever does.

They were really helpful and clean. It’s very convenient I had a problem and they solved it in a timely manner. Been with this bank for almost two years I can’t imagine banking with a different bank!
