Walked in with no appointment. They were very nice and accommodating. Pulled the watch I wanted to see from the back and told me they could order it with a short wait. Gorgeous watches and shop. Nicole is the best, helpful, friendly, and super communicative. I like that they actually try to get you watches you want (vs Rolex).
