I never write reviews and hate to share such a negative one, but I would like to ensure others are informed before taking time to make the trip into the store. I had been having SIM card issues for about a week (my phone would suddenly lose service), so I contacted customer service who suggested I go into my local store if I wanted the issue immediately resolved. They then gave me the phone number to my local store and patched me through to them. I confirmed with the staff at the local store (this location at 770 Lexington) that they could help me set up an e-sim, and even had them confirm that they would be able to help me even though my personal account is tied to a larger corporate account. They told me explicitly that as long as I had access to my corporate email, they would be able to help me in store. So I then walk in the 30 degree weather over to the store, only to have the associate there tell me that he can't help me, and I need the business account owner to come in and be present to request the fix. I work for a very large international corporation, where it would be nearly impossible to locate the business account owner, much less have them go to a Verizon store with one of their 250k+ employees. I am the owner on my personal account, it is just tied to the larger business account. When I mentioned that I just spoke with someone there who confirmed they could help me despite it being a business account, the sales associate kept telling me that all I could do was call customer service back, which was not helpful at all considering the reason I was there was that I didn't have service due to the SIM card issue. Long story short, even if you speak with someone at the store to make sure they can help you with your problem before going in, don't expect to actually receive help from anyone there.

I went to Nelson the mgr yesterday here. Wanted to give a great review for his help. From beginning to end zero hassle. I cracked my iPhone 13 n had to trade off for iPhone 15 pro max. He took care of putting on screen, case, & transferring files. I'm glad I came here not other locations cuz normally midtown & up they seem to be more professional. I highly recommend him for all your services. I would come again. They also have more selections of phones cuz other locations they're limited in supplies. Go see Nelson props.

I had very negative treatment last week in the shop during the process of concluding a new contract. They were unprofessional and cheated on me. Did not explain what my costs will be, and did not help me on my PIN number so I couldn't make anything on creating my verizon account. Charged me with $ 50 that I do not know what for in addition to my first bill of $ 121. After several days, I have come again to the shop to ask for help me on problem with my PIN number and to register my Verizon account - and got nothing, and without any support from them. The "expert" that served me during the first visit pretended not knowing (although in his eyes I could see he remembered) me and just telling I should pay my bill using the shop machine. In regards to my kind request to help me on my PIN number and to create a verizon account on my name, the staff told me I should make it by myself. The other option was offered to me that I pay $40 for their expertise in doing it for me. Shame on them.

Disregard all the negative reviews this store is great. I had a positive experience from beginning to end. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in, proceeded to answer all of my questions while being polite and they were generally eager to help. A big thanks to Aqua, she was amazing and a great sales representative. And I would like to acknowledge the store for having Pixel devices in their stocks

I have never written a complaint on Yelp in my life. But I do have to say go to any other Verizon store, or just switch providers. I have dealt with many customer service members. But their staff is by far the absolute worse I have ever had.

never go there. The guy did not order the home internet for me although he said he did. He also did not give us the instruction on how to return our old phone. He also ordered protection and apple care plan without even asking us if we need it.horrible experience. Never again.

Terrible place I went there to get a phone I was approved on the phone I walked in and left my id by mistake I told him I had cards with name on but he said he can’t help me get the phone I was approved for but he can help me if I give a down payment of 300 in my head it made no sense u said u can’t help me get what I was approved of but u can help me if I give a down payment man it felt shady and I don’t think anyone should go there

Would give 0 stars if I could. Nastiest and most unhelpful staff. Didn't know how to do anything and suggested we call customer service to try to help us. What's the point of a store front if the staff isn't going to try? Really disappointed in this location. Take your business elsewhere.

It's a rainy day today, I had some time to make it into the store before they closed approximately 6:50. I was playing music on my AirPods when I was already walking in. Being that I was excited to be in the store to see if possible I could buy the new iPhone and as I'm taking off my EarPods a Verizon employee who is sitting down with his customer kinda shouts "hey man I'm trying to tell you about your umbrella, and you made a mess" I said "oh I'm sorry I couldn't hear I had my EarPods on" he said " it's alright" but his demeanor didn't sound like it was "alright". So I then ask the available rep if they have the new iPhone. Unfortunately they were sold out. Customer greetings could be more welcoming but I guess that's what happens when you go in a few mins before closing. Sorry I left some little rain drops.

Worst customer service the store staff has zero desire to help one buy a 1800 phone Their words were to log in and order ph or call Verizon 800 number Logging in was where we were struggling as the website is difficult So we walked across to AT&T and bought our phone and stellar staff helped with transferring stuff from Verizon to our new phone Stark difference in our interactions with two companies - I call it their loss

The service provided at this 770 Lexington Ave did not even deserve a single star. The customer service rep was rude, short and had zero interest in providing any information on possible upgrades, costs. As well he handed me the phone and told me to call Verizon for any support I may need, he would not do any support with getting phone to sync. Horrible service. If I didn’t ask he would offer any alternatives or explore differences in devices. The manager was right close by and I don’t want to see any apologetic response as this behavior was witnessed and tolerated. Awful staff, awful Verizon experience.
