I needed a hot spot that was capable of live-streaming for a major NYC news channel. Diondre and the team helped me out and gave me the most cost effective options as well. We were able to do the broadcast remotely no problem the next day because of Diondre and the Verizon team on Lexington Ave.

Absolute worst store with the worst staff ever. Go to AT&T or anywhere else, but do not buy anything from them or have service with them.

The employee didn't know how to help me with my Samsung because she is an iPhone user, the manager that was working on Feb 6th around 5pm was extremely arrogant and doesn't belong being a manager. I was a new customer that setup everything over the phone with customer service and when I went into the store for some support I received none. Avoid Verizon at all costs.

I got very professional and sincere service by the young lady (white one, I apologize for not remembering the lady's name) that enabled me to create my verizon account. Thank you so much ?

01/25/2024 around 6 PM EST I visited Verizon store at 420 Lexington Avenue.I explained an employee (an african-american) the purpose of my visit. I asked about Verizon services, available options and requirements. When I asked a question about the requirements, the Verizon employee said: "Are you US citizen"?I was confused and found this question as unwelcome behavior and offensive. I said, I just need to know which requirements Verizon has for potential clients who are interested in Verizon services. The employee said again: Are you US citizen. I said that I do not want to answer this question and that Verizon representative should not ask it because it is discriminatory question.Verizon employee expressed unhappiness, and said if you do not answer I will not be able to help you.I said that I just need to know the requirements and after that I will decide if I qualified or not.The employee said, that Verizon required to have a social security number in order to be enrolled to services and only US citizens have social security number.I said I do not want to argue. I just need to know the requirements.the employee wasn't able to explain total cost which I need to pay. In the beginning I received an answer $15, and after several attempts and additional questions I received an answer that total service with tax will be approximately $100.It would be beneficial for Verizon to better train their employees in order to not discriminate customers and better know the products which Verizon offers. The NYCHRL prohibits discrimination on the basis of actual or perceived "alienage and citizenship status".

DO NOT COME HERE! I would give it 0 stars if I could. The rep here LIED to me. Verizon was running a promotion where if you switch from a limited data plan to an unlimited data plan, I would get $1000 back for my phone trade in. The rep told me that this was expired when in fact it wasn't. She then told me to open an additional 3 new lines so I can get 3 new iPhones for $1000 off each for my family plan. I figured that this was a corporate Verizon store, they wouldn't try to trick or lie to me. Boy was I wrong. Not only did she open three lines, she also took the liberty to purchase addons on all my lines (Hulu and mobile hotspots). I realized something didn't feel right so went to another Verizon store for them to tell me that the original promotion was NOT expired. Oh I found out that the rep DELETED a loyalty coupon from my Verizon account... AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Walked into the Verizon store at Grand Central Station (420 Lexington Ave) to upgrade my daughter's iphone to the new 15Pro earlier today. We worked with Travis. He was the BEST!!! Truly, he could not have been more helpful and cordial. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience in the store and we'd highly recommend working with Travis.

Normally I dread going to the Verizon store, but I had the best experience here with Paola. She knew exactly what was wrong with my phone right away and had a solution for me within 10 minutes of troubleshooting. She wasn’t trying to sell me a new expensive phone or sell me promotional items etc., and helped me get my phone up and working right away. She even helped me pick out a new case and screen protector that I was looking for. Highly recommend this Verizon store, and if you get Paola, then you are in great hands!

So I actually went back to this location thinking staff changed over. I have a Verizon phone and now need service. I kind of recognized that nice manager guy and told him I thought I spoke with him a few months back. He set me up with a sales guy but I had to think about what service I wanted. So this guy said I had to wait my turn again which was no problem. I know they are busy and I signed up again at kiosk. This time a girl took me. I thought it was that same girl who was rude to me last time!...but wasn't sure. We talked and she answered ever last question I had so was pretty thorough. She ended up telling me they will wave the initiation fee for me. What? I asked her if they normally do that. She said no and it was the manager guy who decided this. Also when I called up 1-800-Verizon they told me the stores never wave this. So this was a complete surprise and extremely nice. Please note, I didn't tell them it was me, the one who wrote a past review, etc. However, I ended up connecting it for them before I left. Told girl I thought she was the one who was rude to me once and told her what she said. She said she kind of remembered. I told the manager too. They eyed each other smiling so who knows if they remembered me initially. Probably not. They were lighthearted about it all actually. So strangely, I am happy with how it all ended and now I have new great phone service!

DeAndre helped me today and he was great! Also all of the staff here have been super helpful every time I come here. I've been here three times. I don't understand the poor reviews, one of the better Verizons you'll find!

Terrible Customer Service, avoid Dante! I went in today and they had a Manager named Dante. He was completely rude to me the whole time. I was standing a good 5 feet away from where he was sitting and he said: "do you mind sitting down, you're making me uncomfortable". He also made a joke about my ethnicity, out of nowhere. I complained to the General Manager about him and he just went to the stock room, to hide out. I simply left after that. I work near Grand Central so this location works best for me but after being a customer with multiple lines for 9 years I'm thinking about switching carriers after my experience at this Verizon Store. How can they possibly treat customers this way?

Manager Rodrigo at the Verizon store was an absolute gem during my visit. His patience and helpfulness stood out as he assisted me with returning my 5G Wi-Fi box. Rodrigo went above and beyond, proactively communicating with customer service and diligently checking online to expedite the processing. His exceptional service and warm demeanor made the entire experience pleasant and hassle-free. I truly appreciate his dedication to ensuring customers like me have a fantastic experience at Verizon.
