“I got some real bad vegetable product in a vacuum package and was very disappointed. Coach Tim contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience and refunded my money. In the end it was made right and I do appreciate that, I left a bad review but had to come back and change that review because they did so.”

“I love this store & the Newark one both so much. I’ve always been treated kind and respectful and tonight I called to ask a question about an upcoming clearance event and I didn’t catch the guys name that I spoke to but he was the sweetest, called me “my dear” lol so sweet. It makes it worth the half hour drive to come to this location and the other one because the one closest to me in Macedon is horrible and I’m always treated terribly at that one but this location is great! Appreciate the guy I spoke to tonight, again I didn’t get his name but whoever he is he’s so sweet and kind which makes it all more worth the drive”
