The Best Western Summit Inn offers a stay that is generally good and a great price for one or two nights. The hotel has many amenities and the rooms are in relatively good condition, described as good, clean, spacious, spotless, and super cozy with comfortable beds. The hotel has undergone renovation that looked great. A periodic cleaning service is offered. The location is excellent and great, close to shopping. The breakfast is ok and good, with some excellent items. They offer bread, cupcakes, yogurt, cold cereal, eggs, and make-your-own Belgian waffles which were delicious. There is also a nice business area and nice seating with 24-hour coffee and juice service. Guests can use the microwave in the breakfast area. However, some breakfast items like the sausage was not so good and the potatoes were horrible. The pool was great. A significant note is that the rooms do not have drawers to store clothes, so guests must keep them in their luggage. Rooms do not have a microwave but do have a coffee maker. Guests should ensure the fridge is working. Experiences with staff and service vary. Some reviews report outstanding hospitality and management, with very polite front desk staff and a hands-on, dedicated ownership that provides a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience. Other reviews indicate very poor customer service from some front desk staff. Overall, it is considered a great place to stay where guests felt safe.
I have been staying at this hotel for the last 13 plus years. I have never been disappointed in the hotel staff, the friendliness and helpfulness. It's like a home away from home and they do everything they can to make your stay comfortable.

I chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool and adjoining rooms. We were celebrating my grandson’s birthday with family and couple of his friends. It was great. They were able to swim and play video games. In the room. Very happy kids.
