“Great hotel, super nice staff, extremely friendly! You feel really comfortable.Great room, very nice bathroom, good bathroom products, large TV, refrigerator, microwave.WiFi, breakfast.✅️ Decent breakfast with a good selection. The only criticism: the cutlery and cups could be made of porcelain. All the plastic and paper plates ruin the whole atmosphere. It is also bad for the environment.Tea, coffee, as much as you want, even outside breakfast time.Fitness and pool✅️Great car parking spaceThe corridor in front of the rooms or the hallway smells very good of vanilla, I have never smelled or experienced it so deliciously anywhere. :)Points of criticism:-The room next door was separated by a wall and two doors. The problem is that you can hear everything that is said, even the quietest conversation. That's really not ideal.In addition, the walls are generally very thin and you can hear footsteps and other noises.- The heating or air conditioning switches on once every half hour, even when it is OFF. Which is very bad and loud, especially at night. This morning I wanted to hit on you, but I couldn't.Rooms: Nice room and bathroom. Unfortunately, walls and especially doors are extremely permeable to noise. Loud air conditioning.Food & drinks: Good selection in the breakfast buffetCoffee tea and hot water free 24/7”

“Get the Tangy Gold wings - perfectly crispy coating, tender chicken inside, and a great sauce worthy of a contest win.Lemon Pepper wings were good too.We went to watch a Sunday Buffalo Bills game - decent little corner bar.I don't know about the motel, but the finger food is solid.”

“Absolute top tier experience. My husband and I came to Niagara Falls to celebrate our wedding anniversary and always stay at IHG hotels when given the chance. We got a room on the first floor and were glad to be close to the restaurant and to the car. We were abruptly woken in the middle of the night by a group of unsupervised children banging on doors down our hallway. I called and spoke with someone at the front desk to let them know and was eventually able to go back to sleep. The next morning, I spoke with two wonderful ladies at the front desk. Even though Holiday Inn was at ZERO fault for what happened, they handled the situation with compassion and true professionalism. They upgraded our room to a suite, left a bottle of champagne (my favorite ?) with a note, and access to the VIP lounge. Talk about above and beyond experience. None of it was necessary, as again, they were at no fault for what happened but what a way to turn our bad night into something we will surely remember for a long time. Highly, highly recommend this hotel.”

“We checked in late so did not have too much interaction with employees. But next day morning we had some interaction. Every associate (employee) we met was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast attendant was very courteous and was constantly making sure breakfast area was clean and nicely stocked up. Room was very clean and comfortable.Rooms: Very clean and comfortable.Safety: I really liked that elevators can be used only by using key cards.”

“This hotel was in a great location for the outlet mall and other stores around it. Target and walmart nearby. Lots of restaurants around the area. Hotel was clean and our room looked updated. Breakfast was good bagels, toast, cereal and coffee, tea and juice. Employees were very friendly and nice.Rooms: Room was updated and perfext for what we needed.Nearby activities: Outlet mall, target, Walmart etc nearby.Safety: Felt very safe. No issues.Food & drinks: Lots of places to eat around the area.”

“I was suprised to find any bad reviews the man who worked the front desk was very nice very pleasant and very respectful. My deposit was returned to me in the morning I stayed in room 9 which was very clean I loved it I thought it was not only affordable but nice and cozy as well. Besides losing my owl necklace there somewhere I had no complaints. I would reccomend.”

“I spent one night here in September 2023. Yes, the rooms are rather dark, there's only one light in the bedroom. A huge spa tub was also in the room, but it appeared clean (I didn't use it). The room appeared clean overall, the bed was comfortable, the check in was on par for any of the Hindu owned motels I've been to: courteous but not effusive, and there were no bed bugs.I got a discounted rate in an online booking site, so it was reasonable for me. It's an easy drive to the border, to the falls, and downtown.”

“Very comfortable clean rooms. Fridge and microwave in the rooms. A little dated but price is great. Recommend to anyone having to stay for a few nights. Restaurants and shopping close by.”

“UPDATE: THIS PLACE HAS A NEW GM AND EVERYTHING WAS SO MUCH BETTER. I thought I booked another hotel and didn't realize until I pulled up that it was this one again. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. I love that the floor has no carpet because you never know what is on those carpets. Staff was polite. The GM was great. The place was very clean. Checkin was fast. I requested a late checkout with no problem. Breakfast was free. Normal contintental breakfast like other places. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, juices, fruit and cereal. Moes restaurant is connected. Pool area was clean with plenty of towels. No hut tub but overall it was great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.This was my 4th time staying here. The first three were great. This time the pool area was out of towels and SO dirty... I requested more towels but an hour later there still was none. Our room had cereal on the floor under beds. Drawer of dresser wouldn't stay shut. Two big gawdy wrappers under the legs. French vanilla creamer was out in lobby. I let them know and the next day it was still empty. I'll return but i feel employees were slacking this week. I also asked for an extra blanket and pillow for roll a y bed but never received it. One particular front desk clerk is lazy and seems bothered if you ask for something.”

“The rooms were old but also clean and repaired. It’s obvious the owner takes pride in their establishment and there is a homelike feel.Other patrons will not be as easily influenced, but my 9yo thought it was the most luxurious experience every. He marveled at the shower and the quality of the soaps. He waxed poetic over the bed linens, pillows and “perfect” mattresses. He never got a better sleep in his life. Honestly, we adults never got a better night’s sleep either. The beds were super comfortable and every nap turned into an hours long experience.”
