“I had a bad experience with other rental company trying to pick up a car from Niagara international airport where the whole airport was empty and no one was at the rental car desks .
Had to cancel & make the last minute reservation at Hertz Military rd location, Jack was super helpful with the easiest process getting me a SUV, definitely renting again here when I am back in town.
