The staff was wonderful and got me the tires that I needed that were in another store! Very kind and definitely deserve more than a 5 star!!

I have had poor experiences at the Amherst location (on Niagara Falls Blvd). Had poor telephone encounter with Sheridan Dr location recently as well. But nothing but positive experience with the Niagara Falls, NY location. The other locations should take note.
