“Honestly, my visit didn’t go perfectly at first. There was an issue with the tires that were initially installed and it definitely turned into a longer afternoon than I expected.
That said, Jose is the reason I’m leaving this review. The second I brought the issue to his attention, he came outside, looked at everything with me, and immediately acknowledged it. No defensiveness, no brushing it off, just straight into solution mode. He kept me updated, stayed calm and made sure it was handled the right way.
Because of him, I left satisfied. If you see Jose working on your vehicle, just know you’re in good hands.”

“Friday late afternoon. Drove up with a low tire we assumed needed a plug since it was loosing air. They offered to check it out, so we went out for a bite to eat, came back and they had thoroughly checked it out but found no leak. We offered to pay them for their service but Gina refused saying they couldn’t fix it so no bill! Wow! Friendly honest service. Pleasure dealing with you. (The guy up the street told us the tires were rotted and tried to sell us 2 new tires!!)”
