“I live in Oklahoma and flew into Buffalo to rent a car and head to Ontario. Due to some issues from using an eSIM when I went to Germany in December, my phone had some issues that I thought had been resolved. However, as soon as I crossed into Canada, I lost signal. I found a place I could connect to WiFi and discovered that there are no AT&T stores in Canada. I went back across the border and to this store. Cassandra was absolutely incredible! I upgraded my phone, and she helped me get everything transferred. I was there at least an hour, and she was kind and patient! The store was clean, and I saw other customer interactions and they were treated equally as well by the employees helping them. I’m grateful for this store and the great help they have!”

“Walked in with no appointment and was pleasantly greeted by a very nice gentleman. I needed a cleaning as my usb port cable wouldn’t connect. Within 10 minutes I was on my way out the door. If I’d had to take it to Apple it would’ve been days and they would’ve sold me a new phone.”
