“I live in Oklahoma and flew into Buffalo to rent a car and head to Ontario. Due to some issues from using an eSIM when I went to Germany in December, my phone had some issues that I thought had been resolved. However, as soon as I crossed into Canada, I lost signal. I found a place I could connect to WiFi and discovered that there are no AT&T stores in Canada. I went back across the border and to this store. Cassandra was absolutely incredible! I upgraded my phone, and she helped me get everything transferred. I was there at least an hour, and she was kind and patient! The store was clean, and I saw other customer interactions and they were treated equally as well by the employees helping them. I’m grateful for this store and the great help they have!”

“This place is a gem. Omar is super friendly. We always have fun, cool conversations. The place always smells real good. The service is efficient and quick, plus real close to the border! I recommend it to everyone!! I can't say the same thing about the Middle Eastern young man that works there sometimes. He's very obnoxious, has no manner, to professionalism, it's as if he's doing me a favour for being a store, not me being a patron in his store. OWNER: Please educate this dude!”

They never rushed me and took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure everything was taken care of. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication to customer service really stood out. “This place helped me so much. Im from out of town and got to Niagara Falls, when my phone started acting up. (not charging) I was at 10% when I looked this place up. I went and told the man at the front what was going on. He looked at my phone and seen that the charger port was dirty. (I work construction. Don't judge me.) But he cleaned it free of charge and got me on my way. Im thankful cause I thought it was a serious problem with the port. But he did his thing and got my phone right. I wish I would have gotten his name. But thank you Universal Wireless Tech.”

“My husband and I updated our iPhones at the Military Road Spectrum store. It was a long process that took 3 employees to get it done. Paula, Jonathan and Jesse helped with removing all our data from old phones and loading it to our new purchased IPhones. I’m not sure if the WiFi signal there was a reason for the slow process, or the fact I don’t pay for ICloud. Also, don’t try updating your iPhone until you have turned off your Stolen Device Protection in Settings, otherwise it’s an hour wait before they can start the process of setting up your new phone. I can’t compliment Paula, Jonathan and Jesse for their patience as we waited for the process to be completed.”

“My mom and I had a recent experience and had to get mom a new phone plan. Kevin, Pat, and JeffHelped us. They actually sat with us for about 4 hours to get everything perfect. They got mom a new phone and took her off another account. Jeff!! You are amazing you were very polite and very sincere. Kevin! Thank you for helping figure out how we could get mom out of the situation of being on someone else's account and helping mom break free from that hold! Pat!! You sat with us and listened. You help transfer all data to the new device and deleted from the old. The customer service we received other 2 visits to your store location was so pleasant. We were created as soon as we walked in, with smiles and by the time this was all done we left with hugs! Thank you!! Thank you so very much”

“My grandson and I went in to the store because his phone just stopped working. Brayt waited on us. He said either we could buy a new phone or go to ubreakifix and have it fixed. He said they only sell phones, they don't fix them. I asked if my grandsons phone had any upgrades on his plan. Brayt wouldn't even look. I asked to speak with someone else. Hasan came over. He was very helpful and an asset to your company. He sold us both new phones and explained everything to us. I hope he stays at this store. He was a pleasure to do business with. I work with the public an will be telling everyone about him.”

“Honestly, I try to avoid Walmart whenever possible. It can be very overwhelming for me and it feels chaotic. However, when searching for certain things that can only be found at Walmart (or ordered online) I've been pleasantly surprised with my experience. I'm able to navigate the store with ease. The shelves are well stocked and there appears to be enough staff. I have to admit the the prices are great and I have found some top quality items. For the most part I'm glad that I went and will likely go again.”
