“This place is a gem. Omar is super friendly. We always have fun, cool conversations. The place always smells real good. The service is efficient and quick, plus real close to the border! I recommend it to everyone!! I can't say the same thing about the Middle Eastern young man that works there sometimes. He's very obnoxious, has no manner, to professionalism, it's as if he's doing me a favour for being a store, not me being a patron in his store. OWNER: Please educate this dude!”
“I had an outstanding experience at this T-Mobile store. I was trying to get my business account set up, and even though it was close to closing time, two employees stayed late to help me. They never rushed me and took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure everything was taken care of. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication to customer service really stood out. They got mom a new phone and took her off another account. Jeff!! You are amazing you were very polite and very sincere. Kevin! Thank you for helping figure out how we could get mom out of the situation of being on someone else's account and helping mom break free from that hold! Pat!! You sat with us and listened. You help transfer all data to the new device and deleted from the old. The customer service we received other 2 visits to your store location was so pleasant. “My grandson and I went in to the store because his phone just stopped working. Brayt waited on us. He said either we could buy a new phone or go to ubreakifix and have it fixed. He said they only sell phones, they don't fix them. I asked if my grandsons phone had any upgrades on his plan. Brayt wouldn't even look. I asked to speak with someone else. Hasan came over. He was very helpful and an asset to your company. He sold us both new phones and explained everything to us. I hope he stays at this store. He was a pleasure to do business with. I work with the public an will be telling everyone about him.”
“I have called for the last year, that the WIFI goes out everyday. Spectrum has always been very helpful, either replacing the boxes or send out a technician to see what the issue was. It would help but still go out. Finally they send Jose, he was not going to leave until he found the issue. And he stood for 2 hours and finally was able to fix the issue. If I could give a 10 star review I would, what a great company, all the phone calls and technicians had great customer service and all tried to fix the issue, but Jose was not giving up and fixed it. Love Spectrum ❤”

“I live in Oklahoma and flew into Buffalo to rent a car and head to Ontario. Due to some issues from using an eSIM when I went to Germany in December, my phone had some issues that I thought had been resolved. However, as soon as I crossed into Canada, I lost signal. I found a place I could connect to WiFi and discovered that there are no AT&T stores in Canada. I went back across the border and to this store. Cassandra was absolutely incredible! I upgraded my phone, and she helped me get everything transferred. I was there at least an hour, and she was kind and patient! The store was clean, and I saw other customer interactions and they were treated equally as well by the employees helping them. I’m grateful for this store and the great help they have!”
