“The staff was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to find the perfect shoe. Only one time they were speaking Spanish right in front of us (happily I do understand enough to know it wasn't about us, but it still left a bad taste that they were so inconsiderate about the customers around them) second minus (not the stores fault) a lot of rude customers, can't excuse them selves just pushing their way thru. Test walked shoes just a few meters from where I was trying them out just to get my water bottle thrown rudely on the floor. That might be a good investment, a bit more seating space within the store...”

“I like shopping here because of their shoes and their shirts. I think that this store is almost a secret to most. It's just a small store in the outlet mall that I would originally shop in for shoes. Shopping here one can buy quality shoes in many styles at a discount. Beyond their already discounted prices there are sale racks with further discounted shoes. I recently looked at their shirts and was pleasantly surprised at their quality and fit. Frequently when shopping for shirts I find myself between a medium and a large. If I buy the medium it's usually a bit tight in places but if I buy the large it hangs on me and looks sloppy. The shirts here are made with a generous cut of fabric which allows me to purchase the medium and feel comfortable as well as it not looking too tight. Their shirts come in many different stylish patterns that will suit the tastes of many. There is usually a deal of buying one shirt and getting another at 1/2 price. They stand behind their products too. A few years back I bought a pair of shoes that within a few weeks had the sole separating on one of the shoes. I showed them at the store and without question they shipped me a new pair as my size was no longer in stock. I recommend giving them a try and will return myself.”
“Was a first timer shopping with this brand, and the manager Kate was amazing! She was attentive, but not pushy. It's so hard to find nice, classy clothing that fits well and isn't a darn crop top, but I really liked their selection a lot. I found some super cute stuff. During check out, I mentioned that I wish we had a store in our area. Kate took the time to check if there were any locations near us, and found a store about 40 min away in an area I often visit because my husband's family lives there! I had no idea that location even existed. Truly a great experience, and I will most definitely head to the Oswego location to shop more.”

“Very good place, very busy during back to school but these workers hold it together, good customer service and even though they are super busy and hectic I’m never in line for more then 20 minutes like other stores, the workers are so kind and helpful especially the young ones, they are definitely raised well, the young lady kayla that cashed me out was wonderful even though she was trying her best to handle all the commotion she still managed to put a smile on my face 10/10 recommend (cheap, good shoes)”

“Has been one of my favorite outlet stores in Niagara falls NY for years Can't beat some of the prices even with the lousy exchange on the ??dollar. Always find great deals on classic 3 stripe merchandise. I spent $22 for the hoodie and $30 on the run 84 shoes in olive green. They also had them in blue and grey. Great customer always”

We were helped by a younger fellow, who measured my uncle's feet and pointed us to the right section for wide shoes.
