“Went in today with another defective Sperry topsider. I purchased a new pair at end of November and the front sole split. They kindly exchanged the pair in early December but unfortunately the same thing happened to me again.Clearly this was a manufacturers defect. I have worn these shoes for years but the quality has diminished in recent years. Thank you to the manager for kindly taking the defective product once again and offering me a store credit which I again purchased a new pair along with a pair for my daughter. Much appreciated!”
