my wife and i recently visited the spectrum store and were blessed to have carolynn help us resolve some issues with my mother in laws account. carolynn is patient and very knowledgeable and she took care of all our problems. there should be more people like her in customer service positions everywhere!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only problem was they didn't have the equipment I needed as it was deemed faulty. I was referred to customer service and they sent me the equipment promptly.
