“Very good place, very busy during back to school but these workers hold it together, good customer service and even though they are super busy and hectic I’m never in line for more then 20 minutes like other stores, the workers are so kind and helpful especially the young ones, they are definitely raised well, the young lady kayla that cashed me out was wonderful even though she was trying her best to handle all the commotion she still managed to put a smile on my face 10/10 recommend (cheap, good shoes)”
“The staff was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to find the perfect shoe. Only one time they were speaking Spanish right in front of us (happily I do understand enough to know it wasn't about us, but it still left a bad taste that they were so inconsiderate about the customers around them) second minus (not the stores fault) a lot of rude customers, can't excuse them selves just pushing their way thru. Test walked shoes just a few meters from where I was trying them out just to get my water bottle thrown rudely on the floor. That might be a good investment, a bit more seating space within the store...”

“Extrodinary company! Incredible quality in their clothing, at exceptional pricing. I own 5 of their coats , I have bought over the years, they just don't wear out! I get tired of the style, and end up buying another new coat, which is why I have so many. I hate to give up any however, I have a parka, that I use , just when it's frigid outside, honestly, on the coldest day I am overheating in it! It's incredible!
Their fleece tops are amazing. I have to admit I wait for them to go on sale, when they do have a sale it's awesome! They do have sales regularly so be patient and get what you require then! It's worth the wait. Lastly, their staff is phenomenal! I go the the Niagara outlet. The manager, Zack, is knowledgeable, helpful, patient, just an awesome guy! It is so unusual to go into a store and receive the kind of help you get from their staff. Another staff member is Yang, he's is terrific too. He recommended a fleece top I hadn't purchased yet,I own them all..lol. at least I thought I did. Yang recommended one I hadn't bought, which now is my new favorite! The price unbelievable. It was $99.99 on sale for $25.00! Stores like this are a thing of the past. Be sure to shop here, you know the old saying, if you don't use it, we'll lose it! Customer service with a manger like Zack and staff like Yang, you just don't find like this anymore! I'm not exaggerating , this store has it all!”
“Has been one of my favorite outlet stores in Niagara falls NY for years Can't beat some of the prices even with the lousy exchange on the ??dollar. Always find great deals on classic 3 stripe merchandise. I spent $22 for the hoodie and $30 on the run 84 shoes in olive green. They also had them in blue and grey. Great customer always”
