“I kept having problems with the line on my rod so I went back to have it re-lined, after Brook lined it he could tell something was wrong with my drag, so he suggested I exchange the rod however they didn’t have the rod I had in stock. I was leaving that weekend to go up north so I needed something. Brook made sure I found something I liked and wasn’t just settling for a rod since I needed one. I really appreciated the time he spent to help me because they were very low on stock from a busy weekend. Thanks again Brook!”

“I had an amazing experience at the Puma store at the Niagara outlet mall.

I wear a size 11 in ladies’ shoes, so sneaker shopping is usually frustrating. Most stores do not carry many options in my size, and I often leave disappointed. I was looking for new sneakers and found one pair I really liked, but unfortunately they did not have them available in my size.

One of the sales associates overheard me talking to my friend about not being able to find what I was looking for and came over to help. I wish I remembered her name, because she deserves the recognition. She checked the back for me, and while she was not able to find that specific pair, she went above and beyond. She brought out every size 11 sale shoe they had tucked away in the back — it must have been around 20 pairs.

That kind of effort honestly made my day. Instead of leaving frustrated, I ended up with options, great service, and five pairs of shoes for $220. I will not need new sneakers for a while.

Huge thank you to the staff member who took the time to help instead of just saying, “Sorry, we do not have your size.” That level of customer service makes a big difference, especially for people who struggle to find their size. I will absolutely be back.”
