The wait time is absolutely horrible. I watched several people leave without being helped. I finally left too.

Although I have not been there before since I must try for the first time. I already found and bought a used Verizon ZTE Cymbal LTE flip phone from a Canadian thrift store Talize. I might take my phone to Verizon having this unlock for International use, even if I live in Canada. I know I believe and trust them.
