“Very nice outlets with tons of stores. It is also nice that the outlets are indoors so you don’t have to walk in the cold and snow while trying to shop.
For the simple fact of these outlets being indoors versus the Canadian outlets across the border being outside, we highly prefer the American Outlets.
One other thing worth noting is that because of the exchange rates and tariffs, the American outlets are significantly less expensive. For example the same Nike sweatpants were 35 dollars less in the US than in the Canadian outlets.”
“This store has good crowd unlike that is in GTA. You can buy comfortably without any lineup and has lots of options. The prices are lower and the options are more as compared to the GTA. I visit the place for sake of change once in a while.”

“Great selection of styles and sizes at the time of my visit. I was able to find larger sizes (36/34) in many models — not all, as bigger sizes are generally harder to find. Prices are very reasonable: jeans range from around $25 to $70, which is amazing for Levi’s. The store is nicely organized and makes it easy to find the right fit.”

“Was a first timer shopping with this brand, and the manager Kate was amazing! She was attentive, but not pushy. It's so hard to find nice, classy clothing that fits well and isn't a darn crop top, but I really liked their selection a lot. I found some super cute stuff. During check out, I mentioned that I wish we had a store in our area. Kate took the time to check if there were any locations near us, and found a store about 40 min away in an area I often visit because my husband's family lives there! I had no idea that location even existed. Truly a great experience, and I will most definitely head to the Oswego location to shop more.”

“I absolutely love this place and the staff. I was there at the portage Road location on Sunday, September 1 2024, The manager on duty was very nice…. We come all the way from Toronto to come spend our money and we did just that she told us about the other location at the mall. I love that she kept her composure when dealing with a fellow Canadian that was being very aggressive and rude, and saying nasty things to her. I couldn’t believe it myself, so kudos to here and job well done to her”
“I wanted to give the sales associate a 5 star and management, there was a skuff on the boot and they discounted it for me with absolutely no issues, that’s amazing customer service! And the sales associate that starts with a V I think it’s “valoria” I don’t even know if that’s how you pronounce it, but it starts with a V! I want the district manager to see this, because I needed help finding a quick outfit and I wasn’t from the area, so she found me a whole outfit and dressed me from head to toe. Please recognize this and give her a raise! A lot of associates in retail will just point you in the direction but she went out of her way to dress me from head to toe, that’s someone you wana keep, she’ll put money in the store!”

Not enough collection and sizes left here, but the prices were 5$ flat for women’s shirts and sweaters etc. which is good any given day when you take a look at the quality. Place was clean and staff were courteous.”
