All I wanted to do is open a new checking account. She knew to help me even further by setting up my mobile app on my phone and changing my direct deposit. “Great location. Everyone is very helpful. I would be weary about the ATM inside and especially on the outside of the store. The outside one almost never works for dispensing or recoeving cash. For both of the ATMs, you have to insert dollar bills no more than 10 at a time or else the machine sucks up your money and does not deposit it to you. Staff will tell you to call the customer service number on the machine. Luckily, the customer service is actually helpful.”
“Jesse and Shabana at the Union Street branch were amazing helping me trouble shoot an issue I was having. Jesse told me to come into the branch and he and Shabana sat down with me at walked me step-by-step through the problem I was having.
