Sge got me on a plan I could afford because T Mobile put me on a major price increase I couldn't afford. She got me on a plan called choice 55. “They have been my ISP for many many years, since 1999.. I was one of the first customers. My site is over 8,000 static pages and 7,200 WordPress dynamic pages. They have always been responsive and kept the site up. I do wish I could talk to the support desk instead of email but as long as they answer quickly, I guess it is OK.I recently moved from Shared Server to a Dedicated Server since I want to make sure the almost 200 GB of images are backed up and available to the family. The transition went without any major upsets. They do a great job!”

“This T Mobile Store on the 2nd Floor in Colonie Center has always, every time I go there, gotten me out of phone problems and fixed my phone. Their two employees , namely Gazelle & Ian work through all my phone troubles. Explain every question I ask in detail. They are determined to fix my phone. When I go to other T Mobile locations, they don't give any effort in getting me out of my phone troubles. I have been to T Mobile in colonies center, 2nd floor several times and they are always so polite and so helpful. Even when they are swamped with customers they do not rush. I will always go to this location when i have phone issues. I will always hope they are working there, unless they get promotions, which they sure do deserve. Don't want to get too corney, but they really do go above and beyond and make sure you understand the problem in case it should do me up in the future.”

“Verizon was charging me for a bill I should have never been charged for. I refused to pay it. I spent several hours in total trying to handle this chatting with the live reps online and with calling Verizon on the phone. They refused to help me. I finally was able to make it to this store location and spoke with Shakira the manager and told her my situation. She was able to resolve the situation for me by reducing my bill to $0. She was going back and forth on the phone with verizon and stayed an hour after closing time so that I didnt have to deal with this any longer. Thank you Shakira”

Turns out the only mistake I made was not coming in to see Christian and his people in the first place. They treat you really well, and work very hard to make things right. “Had to go to the Verizon store to see what to do about a Plantronics Bluetooth headset that wasn't working properly, but I could not find my receipt. Two of the associates were VERY helpful. One (I am sorry I did not get your name) found the online receipt, found that the headset was under the year warranty and replaced the headset!!! $129.95 headset was replaced under warranty. I am beyond thrilled, thank YOU! :)”

“We recently went to the Spectrum store in Latham NY to get a new cell phone for my father. A young man named Omar helped us out. He explained the phone and the plan. He took care of everything quickly and efficiently and took the time to answer all our questions. He even went to the back to get a chair for my father, who walks with a cane and can’t stand for long periods of time. I have had negative customer service experiences with Spectrum in the past but Omar could not have been more kind and helpful. We are thankful to him for making the phone purchase a better experience than we were expecting!”

“I have 2 interactions with 2 different Verizon stores 1st was with Bruce at this Verizon store on Altamont ave schenectady. This guy helped me and my 4 phone lines for 3 HOURS after the 1-800 Verizon messed everything up and put tempered glass on all the phones all while helping walk-in customers and he was alone in the store VS the Verizon store at 600 Troy rd in Rennsalear that had 4 employees and no customers when I asked them to help with one small situation gave me a 10 min speech how they couldn’t help me”

“Took my iPad there to get fixed. Place was on Sunday right before they closed. But wait was not too long, the young man Claude, help with my iPad took 10 minutes to have it working again. Thank you Claude. One day I would say that was pleasant was the spill on the floor that a parent did not clean after her baby(shame) however, the store should have it clean up right away so other customers did not have to object to that. Your cleanest represent your store appearance so do better next time.”

“You never know what kind of service you’re going to get when you walk into a store with an issue…but I was lucky enough to get Josh W. today - who not only helped us figure out a complication in our past billing history that we never would have been able to without his persistence, he could have pushed us onto someone else who came in to relieve him of his shift, but he stayed over an extra hour because he wanted to see this through. After that issue was done we had another issue that we said we could wait on line again to address and he insisted he take care of it right away for us. We were probably in the store for about two hours and our 8 and 4 year old were able to be entertained by the iPads available- just walking away from this experience feeling INCREDIBLY grateful for people who care about the service and experience they provide. THANK YOU JOSH a million times over for going above and beyond - and taking the time to leaf through so many things to figure out where the problems came from.”
