“I purchased a screen protector at a Verizon store in March. Went home and registered the screen protector to activate the warranty. By June I had dropped my phone several times and cracked the screen protector. I stopped by the ZAGG kiosk at the mall paid a small fee ($8) and they replaced it with no issues.”

Sam was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He explained all the different phones and what would best meet my needs. I could tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the store loyalty and its customers. Thank you Sam for this pleasant experience. I know that all cricket stores are not run this way, as earlier this week I stopped by my local cricket, spent over an hour with an untrained salesperson and computers which were down. It really does depend on the owner and who they hire. I will take the extra time to drive from Lindenhurst to Brentwood whenever I need assistance in the future and I urge you to do the same.”
