“This post office is great . James was super helpful and took his time to help me with my questions and prices . Going to the post office can sometimes be an anxiety inducing process. But this location is very cozy and usually isn’t packed with a line . I’d recommend going to this location if you are in the area for your postal needs. Once again James who was working the front was totally chill.”

We needed to go to the West Babylon Post Office in order to accomplish some of the identification requirements in person. We spoke with Alia and she was great. We needed to get some information from SSA while we were there and she kept going between us and other customers (and there was a long line) and she did it with patience, dignity, respect and compassion that was much appreciated.
