βHad an amazing experience at Salai Shop. Naqash was extremely helpful, patient, and made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave great recommendations without any pressure.
The collection is beautiful, with a great selection of Pakistani outfits and designs. The customer service really stood out, and Naqash made sure we were taken care of from start to finish.

βMy father is a disabled Vietnam Veteran and uses a walker to help him get around. A screw fell out and it was unstable and unsafe for him to use. I took the walker to the hardware store to see if they would be able to help me replace the screw. I was greeted with a happy hello and asked what I needed help with. A lovely employee named Christina took the walker placed it on the counter and installed the screw for me herself for me. I was so grateful that she was able to help us with this situation. We shop here for all our home improvement needs and recommend this store to anyone who wants a friendly…helpful …attentive staff who goes out of their way to make sure you leave with what was neededβ

βI just want to give a big shout out to Andrew in the shoe department in Oceanside. Every time I go in there looking for either shoe for myself or for a customer . Andrew always is attentive. He finds it within minutes. I hope and pray that Kohl’s never ever replaces him. I really appreciate that he takes the time and helps me find the item. You don’t find too many customer employees who are willing to go the extra mile.β
βHaven't been here in a while and was pleasantly surprised. The store was packed with great merchandise at reasonable prices. The staff was courteous and helpful. Only negative thing in my opinion was the layout of the store makes it very difficult to shop while using a wagon. It was hard to maneuver it in and around the aisles. Definitely going back!β

βI got 2 pairs of glasses for 79.95. Quick and easy. 1 week delivery to store. But, it included exam. Straight up 79.95. I set up an appointment a couple of hours beforehand. Got there a little early and was picking glasses within no time. Very freindly staff. 1st floor. Use to ne a bankβ

βGreat deals but very difficult to get help. One day I waited 40 minutes in the store for a van dutch bag. And this was 1030am . Asked the woman at the jewellery section for the bag. She completely ignored me . Talking on the cell phone . Had to get a manager to help me get the bag out the show case .β
βI would have given 0 stars if it weren’t for the tail end of my visit. I came to the store with my boyfriend to exchange something for my mother. I walked in through the main entrance and initially asked the employees who work in mens near brands like polo and near all of the jeans they sell. The first 2 people I approached were having phone calls, 1 was even having a FaceTime call with what looked like a friend using profanity right in front of customers like myself. When I asked for helped, they looked annoyed that I interrupted their phone calls and simply told me “oh you do returns over there” and randomly pointed in a direction. I figured I might as well get someone else’s help but unfortunately was bounced around 5 separate times by employees who did not want to assist with a simple exchange and kept telling me “oh we can’t do that for you” or “you have to do it somewhere else”.
At this point I was extremely frustrated and asked for a manager. The employee told me they were not available because their manager told them earlier “they were busy and not to bother them” which I’ve never heard such a ridiculous response to a customer. I had enough and decided I was going to leave and just call customer service and went to find my boyfriend. He was checking out stuff in the mens suit area and was confused why I hadn’t exchanged the items yet. Thankfully, and the only reason I didn’t give this review 1 star, was because of the amazing service I finally received at the end. My boyfriend was working with someone named John who then called his manager Phil over. I have to say, if it wasn’t for the amazing level of empathy and service they gave me, I don't think I’d ever step foot again in Bloomingdales. The manager was very apologetic for the service I received and went above and beyond to make me feel heard when I was at a point of such frustration and anger at how I was treated. I can’t thank you enough for turning my experience around for the better and the best part is now my boyfriend will be coming back to purchase a suit for an upcoming wedding we have with John. If this level of service was given throughout the entire building, everyone would have a standout experience.β

βWhen I need to go to HomeGoods, I prefer this location, over others nearby. It seems to be bigger, with more merchandise, and also feels cleaner and more spacious.β
βThe Nordstrom at Roosevelt Field is an excellent department store and consistently provides a great shopping experience. The store is spacious, clean, and beautifully organized, with an impressive selection of clothing, shoes, accessories, beauty products, and designer brands.
What really stands out is the customer service. The employees are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being overly pushy. Nordstrom has always been known for its service, and this location does a great job living up to that reputation.
The store is easy to navigate, the merchandise is presented nicely, and there’s a good mix of both higher-end brands and everyday options. The shoe and beauty departments in particular have an excellent selection.
Overall, a great place to shop at Roosevelt Field. Excellent selection, a pleasant atmosphere, and very good customer service make this Nordstrom a store I’m always happy to return to.β

βI had the BEST experience at Marshallβs thanks to Ana Maria, an associate there. I spilled coffee all over myself right before a dinner I had to return to and ran in feeling completely stressed and not at all confident about shopping for myself (especially at Marshallβs!).
She immediately stepped in, pulled several super cute outfit options for me and somehow managed to pick things that fit perfectly and looked better than what I originally walked in wearing. I left feeling confident, put together, and ready to head back to dinner. Crisis completely diverted β and I didnβt have to make the hour-long round trip home to change!
Ana Maria is an absolute lifesaver and clearly has a true talent for styling. Not only did she save the night, but I also walked out with four pairs of jeans and one top that all fit perfectly and are adorable β all for under $100.
